Assembly Steps
Step 1
Connect parts A (x2), B (x3), C (x5), and L (x5) using W1 (x40) bolts. The diagram shows how A, B, and C pieces are oriented and connected with L pieces using W1 bolts. A zoomed view shows the connection detail between A/B and C.
Step 2
Attach M (x12) parts to the assembled structure using W1 (x2) and Z1 (x10) bolts. The diagram shows attaching M brackets to vertical posts (likely A/C components) using W1 and Z1. A zoomed view shows the connection detail.
Step 3
Assemble horizontal beams. Connect D (x4), D1 (x2), N (x4), and U (x4) parts using W1 (x32) bolts. The diagram shows a long assembly of beams D, D1, N, and U, connected by W1 bolts. A zoomed view shows the connection detail using D/D1 and W1 bolts.
Step 4
Attach the assembled beams from Step 3 to the vertical posts. Connect parts A/B and D/D1 using Y (x20) bolts. The diagram shows two sets of vertical posts with horizontal beams attached. A zoomed view shows the connection of A/B to D/D1 using Y bolts.
Step 5
Attach O (x2) and P (x2) brackets to the structure using W1 (x17) and Z4 (x1) parts. The diagram shows attaching O and P brackets to the main frame. Zoomed views illustrate the connection points using W1 bolts and the Z4 Allen wrench.
Step 6
Assemble the roof support structure. Connect E1 (x16), E (x16), and T (x8) parts using S (x8), W3 (x48), U1 (x16), Z1 (x64), X1 (x16), and X2 (x32) bolts. The diagram shows a long assembly of E1, E, and T beams. Zoomed views show detailed connections using W3, Z1, U1, S, X1, and X2.
Step 7
Attach the roof support structure to the main frame. Connect E/E1 with H (x8) parts using Q (x16), W3 (x16), V (x16), W1 (x32) bolts. The diagram shows the roof structure being attached to the main pergola frame. Zoomed views show connections using Q, W3, V, and W1 bolts.
Step 8
Attach Q (x16) parts to the frame using W1 (x32) bolts. The diagram shows the final attachment of Q parts to the main frame. A zoomed view illustrates the connection. A tip explains the correct orientation of part Q for better support.
TIPS: Part Q is used by slotted holes. Please use the same sides of both holes to make the top side of Q higher than Part D. Slotted holes will support the cover board more strongly.
Step 9
Assemble the roof panels. Connect J (x2), V (x2), I1 (x1), and I (x2) parts using W1 (x8) bolts. The diagram shows the assembly of roof panel supports. Zoomed views show connections using J, V, I1, I, and W1 bolts.
Step 10
Attach the roof panels. Connect H (x8) and I (x8) parts using W4 (x8) bolts. The diagram shows the main pergola frame with horizontal beams (H) and additional supports (I) being attached using W4 bolts.
Step 11
Install the UV Protected Boards (K3). Place K3 (x7) boards onto the roof structure. The diagram shows the pergola with the main frame and roof supports, and then shows the K3 boards being placed on top.
Step 12
Secure the UV Protected Boards. Attach R (x8) and F (x7) parts using W1 (x8) bolts. The diagram shows the K3 boards being secured to the frame. Zoomed views show the attachment of R and F components using W1 bolts.
Step 13
Install G (x7) parts. The diagram shows the pergola with K3 boards installed. G parts are then attached to the frame. A zoomed view shows the attachment of G. A note explains that each side of G has a drainage hole and should be installed with the drainage hole facing upwards to prevent water leakage.
Note: Each side of the 'G' has a drainage hole. Make sure to install with the side containing the drainage hole facing upwards (the higher side) to prevent water leakage.
Step 14
Final placement of K3 (x14) boards and G (x7) parts. The diagram shows the pergola with K3 boards and G parts being finalized. A zoomed view shows the attachment of G.
Step 15
Secure the roof structure further. Attach R (x8) and F (x7) parts using W1 (x8) bolts. The diagram shows the final securing of the roof panels and frame. Zoomed views illustrate the connection points.
Step 16
Secure the pergola to the ground or wall. Use Z5 (x8) Expansion Bolts. The diagram shows a close-up of a connection point (likely a leg or base) and indicates the use of Z5 expansion bolts. Dimensions are provided: 164CM, 4CM, 380.3CM, 190.15CM, 230CM, 5CM. A zoomed view shows the Z5 bolt being used with part M.
