Step 1
Assemble the leg structure. Connect two Top Back Legs (A) to three Bottom Legs (C) using multiple Bolts (W) at each connection point. The diagram shows three separate leg assemblies being formed, with a zoomed view illustrating the connection of parts A and C with Bolts W.
Step 2
Attach Wall & Beam Connections (M) to the assembled leg structures using Bolts (Z2) and Bolts (W). Two configurations are shown, one with two connections (M) and one with one connection (M). A zoomed view shows a Wall & Beam Connection (M) being attached to a leg assembly with Bolts (Z2) and Bolts (W).
Step 3
Connect Side Beams (D, D1) to the leg assemblies using Bolts (W). Two identical structures are shown being assembled. A zoomed view illustrates Side Beams (D, D1) being attached to leg components with multiple Bolts (W).
Step 4
Attach the Side Beams (D, D1) to the leg assemblies (A, B) using Bolts (Y). The diagram shows two main leg structures with Side Beams attached. A zoomed view highlights the connection points secured by Bolts (Y).
Step 5
Attach Leg Connections (O, P) to the structure using Bolts (W) and Middle Wall Connection (Z4). Two zoomed views detail different connection points where O/P brackets are attached to the frame.
Step 6
Install Middle Beams (E) onto the structure using Bolts (S) and Bolts (T). Sixteen Middle Beams (E) are shown being attached in groups. A zoomed view depicts multiple Middle Beams (E) being secured with Bolts (S) and Bolts (T).
Step 7
Attach Board Arms (F) to the structure using Bolts (X) and Board Protection (Q). Eight Board Arms (F) are shown being attached. A zoomed view illustrates Board Arms (F) being secured to the structure with Bolts (X) and Board Protection (Q).
Step 8
Place Board Protection (Q) onto the structure, aligning slotted holes. A tip advises to ensure the same sides of both holes are used, with the top side of Q positioned higher than Part D for stronger support of the cover board. The diagram shows the overall structure with multiple Board Protections (Q) installed.
Step 9
Install Arm Connections (K1) onto the structure. Seven Arm Connections (K1) are shown being placed across the top of the pergola frame.
Step 10
Attach Back Connections (R) to the structure using Bolts (W). Seven Back Connections (R) are shown being attached at various points. Zoomed views provide detail on the attachment points.
Step 11
Install Board Protection (G) onto the structure. Seven Board Protections (G) are shown being attached. A note indicates to place the side with the leaking hole upwards. The diagram shows the pergola with these components installed.
Step 12
Install Arm Hold Tubes (K2) onto the structure. Seven Arm Hold Tubes (K2) are shown being placed across the top of the pergola frame.
Step 13
Attach Back Connections (R) to the structure using Bolts (W). Seven Back Connections (R) are shown being attached at various points, similar to Step 10, likely for additional support or a different section of the frame. Zoomed views detail the attachment points.
Step 14
Connect Middle Board Connections (J) and Board Arms (I) using Bolts (W) and Board Protection (I1). This step adds internal bracing and support to the roof structure.
Step 15
Secure Middle Beams (E) and Side Beams (D, D1) to the structure using Bolts (X). This step reinforces the overall frame.
Step 16
Install Arm & Beam Connections (U) and Arm Protection (V). Four Arm & Beam Connections (U) and eighteen Arm Protections (V) are shown being attached to various points on the pergola structure for final assembly and reinforcement.
