2. Product Introduction

The TOZO T10S earbuds come with a charging case featuring a USB-C charging port. The case is designed to hold and charge the earbuds.

Earbud Indicators:

• Red LED on: Earbud is charging.
• Red LED off: Earbud is fully charged.

Ear Tip Sizes:

The earbuds come with various ear tip sizes to ensure a comfortable and secure fit: XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL.

Earbud Components:

Each earbud features an LED indicator and a touch-sensitive panel for controls.

3. Wearing Instructions

To ensure proper fit and sound quality:

1. Step 1: Ensure the earbud tips are pointed downwards, then gently insert the earbuds into your ears.
2. Step 2: Rotate the earbuds sideways to fit them properly and securely in your ear canal.

Incorrect wearing: Earbuds pointed upwards is an improper way to wear them and may result in poor sound or an insecure fit.

4. Pairing

1. Step 1: Take both earbuds out of the charging case. They will automatically power on and pair with each other within 10 seconds.
2. Step 2: The earbud indicators will flash alternately red and blue, indicating pairing mode.
3. Step 3: Ensure Bluetooth connectivity is enabled on your device.
4. Step 4: Select "TOZO-T10S" from the list of available devices on your smartphone or other Bluetooth-enabled device to connect.

5. Power On and Off

Power On:

1. Take the earbuds out of the charging case to automatically power them on.
2. Alternatively, press and hold the touch panel on both earbuds simultaneously for at least 3 seconds.

Power Off:

1. Place the earbuds into the charging case to automatically power them off.
2. Alternatively, press and hold both earbuds simultaneously for at least 5 seconds.
3. The earbuds will automatically power off after 5 minutes if they are not connected to a device.

6. Water Resistance

The earbuds are waterproof for daily use, including activities such as sweating, exposure to rain, face washing, showering, and bathing. However, they are not designed for swimming underwater.

*Note: The Bluetooth signal will not transmit underwater.

7. Using the Touch Panel

All control settings are programmable within the TOZO APP.

• Single Tap (Left or Right Earbud): Play / Pause
• Double Tap (Left Earbud): Previous song
• Double Tap (Right Earbud): Next song
• Single Tap (Left or Right Earbud, during call): Answer call
• Press and Hold (Left or Right Earbud, during call): Hang up call
• Press and Hold (Left Earbud): Volume down
• Press and Hold (Right Earbud): Volume up
• Triple Tap (Left or Right Earbud): Activate voice assistant

8. Charging

Charging the Earbuds and Case:

The charging case can be charged using the included USB-C cable. Additionally, the case supports wireless charging via a compatible wireless charger (wireless charger not included).

Case Charge Level Indicators (represented by 4 LED lights):

• 1 light: < 25% charged
• 2 lights: 50% charged
• 3 lights: > 75% charged
• 4 lights: 100% charged

9. Resetting Settings

If one earbud accidentally malfunctions or fails to pair, a reset is recommended:

1. Delete "TOZO – T10S" from your device's Bluetooth list.
2. Take both earbuds out of the charging case, then press and hold the earbuds until a red light illuminates for about 5 seconds to power off the earbuds.
3. Press and hold both earbuds for about 10 seconds until the blue LED flashes rapidly for 3 seconds.

The reset is complete when one earbud flashes alternately red and blue. Turn on Bluetooth on your device to reconnect.

10. TOZO App

The TOZO app is available for download on Google Play and the Apple App Store. You can scan the QR code provided in the original document to directly access the store and download the TOZO app.
