Note: The battery retains a small charge from the factory. Charge fully before first use. Use the manufacturer's original charger.
Steps:
- Before charging: Ensure charging environment has normal air circulation, is dry, and charger/socket are clean. Avoid direct sunlight and temperatures below 5°C or above 30°C. Ensure no flammable materials are present.
- Start of charging: Fully insert the charger connector into the battery's charging port, then plug the charger into the power socket.
- Status indication: Red indicator lamp on charger means normal charging. Green means fully charged. Flashing green means ready to charge/no output. Flashing red means fault.
- Charging time: About 2 hours.
- End of charging: Unplug the power plug first, then remove the charger connector from the battery.
Note: The charger contains high-voltage components. Unauthorized repairs are prohibited. Keep the battery and charger in a safe, well-ventilated, dry area, away from children and flammable items. Charging outdoors is not recommended due to risks of electrical shorts and fires from rain.
Warning: If you detect an unusual odor or if the battery or charger becomes excessively hot during charging, stop charging immediately and contact the after-sales team.
Battery Activation
Before first use, please activate the battery:
- Charge according to 2.4 how to charge.
- After the green light flashes, the red light is always on. Wait for about 10 seconds to complete battery activation.
It is recommended to charge for about 30 minutes for the first ride.
Diagram Description: A battery pack and charger are shown. A warning symbol with text "Please wait for about 10 seconds to complete the battery activation" is displayed.
Why do you need to activate the battery:
A more advanced BMS (Battery Management System) protects battery cells and extends battery life. The BMS automatically enters sleep mode during transportation or periods of non-use. Judgment conditions for sleep mode are based on battery capacity and time elapsed.
If the bike cannot be turned on after a long period of non-use, connect the charger to activate the battery first.
Quick Operation
Before using the product, ensure proper assembly, secure fastenings, a fully charged battery, and take appropriate protective measures.
Step 1: Adjust the handlebar and saddle
Adjust handlebar and saddle to appropriate heights for the rider. Ensure seat post and stem quick-release hoops are securely fastened. For optimal comfort, adjust the handlebar to suit your riding style. The saddle should be at pelvic height and not exceed the maximum safety scale.
Step 2: Power on and adjust the headlight
- Turn on the battery's power supply.
- Press the power button for about 2 seconds; the screen will light up.
- Press the '+' button for about 2 seconds to turn on the lights. Adjust the headlight to illuminate approximately 10 meters ahead.
Diagram Description: Shows turning a key to remove the battery, then turning on the switch and battery, and putting the battery back. Another part shows pressing the power button for 2 seconds to power on/off.
Step 3: Gear shift
Adjust the ride mode according to road conditions and personal needs. The bike has 5 assist gears. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to shift gears. The 1st gear is for flat roads; shift to higher gears for inclines. Note: The bike can still be ridden like a regular bike in PAS mode when the battery is low.
Step 4: Ride on the road
Please put on a helmet before riding.
Step 5: Brake
The left brake is for the front wheel, and the right brake is for the rear wheel. To brake, engage the right brake first, followed by the left, to slow down the bike smoothly.
⚠️ Warning: Abruptly applying the front wheel brake alone can destabilize the bike's center of gravity and lead to a fall.
Statement: The A-weighted emission sound pressure level at the driver's ear is less than 70 dB(A).
Instruction Setting
If default settings are not suitable, personalize them:
- Enter settings: While powered on, press and hold the buttons '+' and '-' simultaneously for more than 2 seconds, or hold the 'i' button for 2 seconds.
- Select a setting: Use the '+' or '-' buttons to choose different options.
- Adjust option: Press the 'i' button to enter a setting, use '+' or '-' to adjust, then press 'i' again to confirm.
- Setting descriptions:
- Toggle Unit: Switch between mileage units (e.g., Metric).
- Brightness: Adjust screen brightness.
- Password enable: Choose "Yes" to enable a password. Enter a 4-digit password, confirm it, and re-enter it. The password must be entered to access the main interface and adjust assist gear. To reset, change "Password enable" to "No" and repeat the process.
- Factory Restore: Select 'yes' to clear all personal settings.
- Exiting setting:
- Method 1: Press '+' and '-' buttons for 2 seconds.

Notes for Maintenance
Maintenance and Self-Inspection of Bike
- The electric bike is pre-adjusted. Contact the manufacturer or supplier for any questions.
- Always maintain correct tire pressure.
- Regularly check and adjust main components (handlebar, riser, saddle, seat post, axles, bottom bracket, flywheel, chain, wheels) to ensure flexible transmission. Tighten loose nuts or screws promptly.
- Lubricate parts like axle bearings, bottom bracket, fork bowl group, and pedal bearings with 3# calcium-based lubricating oil (grease) every six months. Lubricate the chain, derailleur cable, kickstand, and other parts with 30# oil every two months.
- Replace worn parts (brake pads, chain, tires) with identical models and specifications.
- Do not use high-pressure water or steam jets for cleaning. Do not wipe the battery or its interface with a wet towel.
Maintenance of Motor
- Do not open the motor base or end cover after sealing.
- Keep the motor clean and free from foreign matter, corrosive liquids, or gases. Avoid knocking or baking the motor housing.
- The motor has a waterproof grade of IPX5. Do not spray water directly or submerge it. Water ingress near the motor hub can cause short circuits and damage electrical components.
Maintenance of Battery
- Lithium batteries offer high capacity and long life, influenced by usage. Avoid running the bike until the battery is depleted. Do not store the bike for extended periods without charging.
- Fully charge the bike for the first time. Subsequent charges should be about 2 hours, not exceeding 8 hours.
- If storing for a long term, charge the battery for over 2 hours monthly. Never store the battery in an under-voltage state, as this can cause irreversible damage.
Danger: Do not disassemble the old battery without authorization. Return it to designated local government sites or authorized maintenance centers.
Warning: Always remove the battery during maintenance. Keep the battery away from open flames, high-temperature sources, and direct sunlight. Never throw the battery into fire.
