Assembled Products
Step 1: Connecting Power
- Power Cable: Plug the 5V power adapter into the bottom of the feeder.
- Battery: Install 3x D Cell Batteries in the bottom of the feeder in case of power outages. Plug in the home power supply.
- Indicator: When the indicator light flashes blue and a voice prompt is heard, it indicates the network is awaiting a connection.
Assembly Steps:
- Place the stainless steel bowl into the bowl tray. Insert the bowl tray into the feeder base.
- Align the opening at the bottom of the food tank with the opening in the base of the feeder, then turn clockwise to lock.
Step 2: Add Food and Close the Lid
Diagram shows pouring dry food into the food tank. A measurement indicates recommended kibble size is less than 15mm.

- Please pour in dry food, not wet or canned food.
- Recommended kibble size: Less than 15mm.

Buttons Explained
Note: Battery power is for emergency use only. Ensure dual power supply for normal use. Keep the feeder and home WiFi within 6m (19.7ft) for a stable connection.
Feeder Control Panel Overview:
- 1 Manual Feeding: Button for manual feeding.
- 2 WiFi Reset Button: Button to reset WiFi connection.
- 3 Recording Button: Button for recording and playback.
- 4 Indicator Light: Shows connection status.
Recording Button Functions:
- Record Sound: Press and hold the button for 4 seconds until two beeps are heard. Speak close to the feeder within 10 seconds and release the button. Keep the button pressed at all times during recording.
- Check Recordings: Press the button to play the recorded sound.
- Clear Recording: Press and hold the button for 4 seconds until two beeps are heard. Release the button immediately.
WiFi Reset:
Press and hold the WiFi Reset Button for 4 seconds. Wait for the indicator light to turn blue and blink, then release the button. A prompt tone will be heard.
Manual Feeding:
Press the Manual Feeding button to dispense one portion of food.

Install the APP and Log In
App Installation
Scan the QR code or search your device's app store to download and install the iCam 365 app. (QR codes are excluded from this HTML output).

Sign up and Log In
After opening the app, register for an account if you don't have one. Log in directly if you already have an account.

Add Feeder to APP
Step 1: Turn on phone permissions.

Note:
- Before adding the device, ensure the feeder's indicator light is blinking blue, and your phone's Bluetooth, WLAN, and GPS are enabled.
- The connection can only be established when the feeder is plugged in and not powered by battery.
Step 2: The feeder is ready to connect to the network
- Turn on the power to the feeder.
- Ensure the feeder's indicator light is flashing blue and accompanied by a voice prompt.
- Please open the “iCam365” APP. Click the [+] icon in the middle to add a device. (Screenshot shows the app interface with a '+' button to add a device).
- Please follow the app prompts to operate.
