Note: After the blue light starts flashing, please finish connecting your phone to the device within five minutes. Otherwise, the blue light will go out. If the time is exceeded, please reset by pressing and holding the WiFi Reset Button for 15 seconds.

Install the APP and Log In

App Installation:

Download and install the "Smart Life" App by searching it on Google Play (Android) / App Store (iOS).

Sign up and Log In:

After opening the app, if you don't have an account, please register one. If you have already, please log in directly.

Add and Connect the Feeder

  1. Connect and turn the power on. When the blue light is rapidly flashing and you hear the prompt tone, the device is ready to connect.
  2. (If the light is not flashing, please long press the reset button for 15 seconds to reset the device).
  3. Please open the Smart Life APP → Tap the [+] in the upper right corner to add the device.

App Prompts to Operate

Please follow the app prompts to operate.

Note: The mobile phone QR code needs to be aligned with the camera and kept at a distance of 15-20 cm, moving back and forth from far to near to scan the QR code.

Feeder Pairing

Select WI-FI Mode in the upper right corner, and then select AP Mode in the lower left corner.

Wait for the connection

Find and select "SmartLife-XXXX". After the Wi-Fi connection is successful, return to the APP and confirm the connection.

About the Camera

Switch the Mode

To enable the Two-Way Talk function, tap the [...] icon on the upper right.

One-Way Communication (Default Mode):

Hold the talk button to speak, release the button to end the talk. You cannot hear the other side when you are talking.

Two-Way Talk:

Tap the button to speak, the pet or people on the other side can hear you and talk with you. Tap again to end the talk. It ensures seamless communication between the two sides.

Cleaning & Care

We recommend cleaning the feeder regularly for your pet's health. The washable parts are: safety lock, lid, desiccant compartment, food tank, stainless steel feeding bowl, and bowl tray.

Can't connect the feeder to WiFi1) Keep the feeder and your phone close to your router; ensure the network signal is good.
2) Restart the feeder.
3) Follow the APP's instructions or operation videos to add the feeder. There are multiple adding methods.
4) Contact our after-sales team via email for help.
The WiFi connection goes off line frequently1) Keep the feeder close to your router; ensure the network signal is good. It is ideal to place it within 3 meters without obstacles and walls.
2) Make sure the power cord is connected firmly.
3) Restart the feeder.
The indicators are off1) Check whether the electricity is cut off.
2) Check whether the indicator function is off in the App.
The feeder's camera can't read the QR code on your phone1) Make sure the feeder is ready for network connection (the WiFi indicator is flashing).
2) Hold your phone about 6-8 inches away from the feeder's camera. Remove the food bowl and tilt the feeder as needed.
Live video not showing.1) Switch to a stronger WiFi signal.
2) If the network is poor, change the video quality from HD (high definition) to SD (standard definition).
Where are the photos and videos stored?1) The screenshots and video clips are stored in the Album section of the APP.
2) The video playbacks are stored in the Replay section of the APP.
