This document provides step-by-step instructions for assembling the HOMCOM 801-327V81 Kitchen Island.
Important Notes
Important: Retain for future reference. Read carefully.
Hardware Usage Notes:
- Quickfit: Tighten until the shoulder is flush with the panel. Do not overtighten or undertighten.
- Cam Lock: Ensure the starting position is correct before inserting the connecting quickfit. The cam lock head should be centered when the two panels are joined. Insert the cam lock before the quickfit. Turn the cam lock clockwise to tighten.
- Hinge Adjustment: Hinges may need adjustment for door alignment. Vertical adjustment involves loosening a screw and moving the door up/down. Gap adjustment involves turning a screw clockwise or anti-clockwise. Lateral adjustment involves turning a screw clockwise or anti-clockwise.
- Screws: Do not confuse similar screws.
- Drawer Slides: Ensure drawer slides are leveled for smooth operation.
