- Use ONLY the mattress provided by Baby Trend®.
- NEVER add a mattress, pillow, comforter, or padding.
- The playard mattress/pad is specially designed to prevent suffocation. It has a solid base, at least 24 in. long, 18 in. wide, and not more than 1 in. thick. Using a thicker or different sized mattress/pad can create a suffocation hazard.

- NEVER use a water mattress with this product.
Fall Hazard:
- Always check that the bassinet is securely locked on the base/stand by pulling upwards.
- Stop using the product when the infant begins to push up on hands and knees, reaches 25 in. (635 mm) height, or weighs 15 lbs. (6.8 kg), whichever comes first.
Strangulation Hazard:
- NEVER leave infant in product with sides down. Infant may roll into space between pad and loose mesh side, causing suffocation.
- Strings can cause strangulation. DO NOT place items with strings around a child's neck. DO NOT suspend strings over the playard or attach strings to toys.
- NEVER place the playard near a window where cords from blinds or drapes can strangle a child.
- NEVER add improvised netting or covers to confine the child.
- NEVER leave child in product with sides lowered; ensure sides are raised and locked.
General Use Restrictions:
- The playard, including side rails, must be fully erected and latches secure before use.

- Ensure all parts are properly secured before placing a child in the playard, bassinet, or changing table.
- NEVER leave the bassinet, changing table, or napper in place when a child is in the playard.
- Only one child can use the Playard/Nursery Center at a time.
- NEVER use if parts are loose, missing, broken, or mesh/fabric is torn. Check frequently.
- This product is not intended for commercial use.
Assembly Instructions
To Assemble Playard:
- Unzip the bag and remove the playard frame. Undo fasten straps and set the mattress aside. Do not push the center down yet.
- Ensure top rails are fully locked before lowering the center. Pull up each rail firmly, one at a time, ensuring both tubes latch securely. The center handle must remain raised while locking the side rails. If difficulty occurs, contact customer service.
- Once all four top rails are locked, push down on the center handle. The center mechanism will automatically lock. Test each top rail by pushing down slightly to confirm rigidity.
- Place the mattress on the playard floor with the padded side up. Secure the mattress using the hook & loop fasteners through the slots in the floor.
- To roll or move the playard, lift it from the wheels' opposing side. To station it, set all 4 legs evenly on the ground. Always use wheels to move the playard.
- Folding Playard: Release mattress fasteners. Rotate the center handle counter-clockwise 90 degrees and raise it to the height of the top rails. Gather legs and wheels towards the center. Release rail latch releases and push down to unlock rails. Gather all corners and the center tightly. Wrap the mattress around the frame. Secure hook and loop fasteners. Place folded playard into the carry bag.
To Assemble Bassinet:
- Ensure the playard is fully assembled and locked. Remove the playard mattress.
- Connect the opposing Mattress Support Tubes to the bottom of the Bassinet. Ensure mattress support tubes are connected before placing the mattress.
- Position the Bassinet over and down into the playard. Secure by pushing down firmly on each plastic support clip until all are snapped into place.
- Place the mattress into the Bassinet with the padded side facing upward.
To Assemble Changing Table:
- Locate the 2 curved connector bars and 2 clips. Ensure clips face upwards. Insert curved bars into the backside of the napper covering, starting with the side without clips.
- Insert the clips into the bars and press push pins to latch together. Ensure hooks face outward.
- On both sides, insert the loop on the flap through the bar and the strap through the slot. Connect the bars by pressing push pins, ensuring the loop is centered.
- Close the covering using the hooks on the flap, flipping flaps over bars and hooking them together.
- Locate the 4 clip fasteners on the bottom of the changing table. To attach to the playard, lower the changing table into the bassinet. Push down on top and bottom clips to secure them to the bassinet railing. Secure the two snaps on the strap onto the playard. NOTE: Do not use the changing table without the bassinet installed and clips secured.
To Use Changing Table Restraint System:
- Place child on the changing table, ensuring hands and arms are clear. Bring restraint around the child's waist and clip buckle ends together. Tighten strap snugly but do not over-tighten.
- To remove, unsnap the buckle. Do not use if damaged or broken.
To Assemble Parent Organizer:
- Position each hook so the hooked end faces the rear of the organizer. Press hook firmly into the slot until it locks.
- Connect the organizer to the playard by sliding the two connecting clips over an open portion of the top rail. The organizer can only be installed on open sides where clips attach easily without interfering with other features. Never attach on the inside of the playard.
To Assemble Canopy/Napper:
- Push down on the ends of the canopy to secure it onto the top of the frame. To adjust the angle, push the toy bar back.
- Assemble the napper by inserting frame bars into sleeves and securing them. Ensure bars are curved upwards and supports are locked.
- Attach the napper to the playard by lowering it into the bassinet and securing clips to the railing. Secure snaps on the strap to the playard. NOTE: Do not use napper without bassinet and secured clips.
