Step 4: Adding Lubricant
(Diagram shows oil being poured into the oil filler cap using a funnel.)
Add the recommended type and amount of lubricant (250 ml, Φ < 16mm opening) to the oil reservoir before initial startup.
Step 5: Checking Oil Level and Filter Installation
(Diagram shows checking the oil level against markings and installing the filter.)
Ensure the oil level is within the recommended range. Install the air filter securely.
Step 6: Transporting the Unit
(Diagram shows a person pulling the compressor by its handle, tilted slightly.)
Transport the compressor by tilting it slightly and pulling it using the handle. Do not exceed a 10° tilt angle.
Step 7: Attaching Base/Handle
(Diagram shows attaching a base or handle component to the compressor body.)
Attach the base or handle component to the compressor as shown.
Step 8: Connecting Air Hose and Regulator
(Diagram shows a hand connecting an air hose to an outlet and a close-up of a regulator with a gauge.)
Connect the air hose to the compressor outlet. Ensure the regulator is properly attached and set to the desired pressure.
Section B: Preparation
Step 1: Tool and Accessory Setup
The following table shows recommended tools/accessories and their minimum pressure (bar) settings:
Accessory/Tool | Bar (min) | Notes |
---|---|---|
