Assembly Steps
Step 1: Attach the leg assemblies (4x Part 10036516) to the bottom panels using screws (4x Part 10130087).
Step 2: Insert the metal runners into the designated slots on the side panels. Ensure they are correctly oriented.
Step 3: Attach the side panels to the base panel. Use the provided dowels and screws.
Step 4: Continue attaching the side panels to form the basic structure.
Step 5: Slide the back panels into the grooves on the side and base panels.
Step 6: Secure the back panels using screws (8x Part 116654).
Step 7: Attach the top panel to the assembled structure using screws (2x Part 10128454) and connecting pieces (2x Part 112581).
Step 8: Place the main cabinet body onto the base structure.
Step 9: Attach the top support poles. Insert dowels into the poles and screw them into the top panel.
Step 10: Secure the top support poles with screws (4x Part 10130087).
Step 11: Place the top shelf onto the support poles.
Step 12: Secure the top shelf using screws (4x Part 10045513).
Step 13: Attach the door handles to the cabinet doors. Use the provided screws.
Step 14: Attach the hinges (4x Part 109111) to the cabinet doors using screws (4x Part 112581).
Step 15: Attach the other part of the hinges to the cabinet frame using screws (2x Part 101065).
Step 16: Insert shelf pins (4x Part 10002423) into the pre-drilled holes inside the cabinet.
Step 17: Place the shelves (1x Part 10114785) onto the shelf pins.
Step 18: Attach the door handles to the cabinet doors. Use screws (2x Part 10119192) and caps (2x Part 10050150).
Step 19: Adjust the doors to ensure they hang straight and close properly. This may involve rotating adjustment screws on the hinges.
Step 20: Attach the door catches (4x Part 10078383) to the inside of the cabinet doors.
Step 21: Attach the magnetic catches to the inside top of the cabinet, aligning them with the doors.
Step 22: Adjust the leveling feet at the bottom of the cabinet to ensure it is stable and level.
Step 23: Assemble the wall mounting brackets. Attach two mounting plates (2x Part 114664) to the back of the cabinet using screws (2x Part 10121288).
Step 24: Secure the cabinet to the wall. Position the cabinet against the wall and attach the wall mounting brackets to the wall using appropriate wall fasteners (not included). Ensure the cabinet is firmly attached.
