Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Base Assembly
Diagram I: Attach DET 1 (x2) and DET 2 (x4) to the base structure using screws (8x M). Ensure the structure is square by checking diagonal measurements.
Diagram II: Attach DET W (W1, W2, W3, W4) and DET 3 to the base. Use 4x DET 2 and 8x M screws. Ensure the structure is square.
Step 2: Side Wall Assembly
Diagram I & II: Use a rubber mallet to gently tap the boards into place. Fix DET 3/H (x1) with four screws. Ensure DET 3/H has a slot at the end. Fix another DET 3/H (x1) with four screws.
Diagram III: Fix DET 3/H (x1) with four screws. Ensure DET 3/H has a slot at the end. Fix DET 3/H (x1) with four screws. Ensure DET 3/H has a slot at the end. Use 10x DET 3.
Diagram IV: Fix DET 3/H (x1) with four screws. Ensure DET 3/H has a slot at the end.
Step 3: Front Glass-Wall Assembly
Diagram I: Attach parts Sa, Ta, Sb, Tb. Ensure the backside is up. Handle with care to avoid hitting the glass.
Diagram II: Attach DET V (x4) and J (x16) to the frame.
Diagram III: Attach U1 (x4) and I (x4) to the frame. Be careful not to hit the glass.
Step 4: Wooden Back Wall Assembly
Diagram I: Attach Y1 and Y2 using 2x H screws.
Diagram II: Pre-drill holes 5/32" before inserting screws. Attach DET U2 and I (x4) using 2x H screws.
Step 5: Positioning and Securing Walls
Diagram I & II: Use a water level to ensure the walls are plumb. Make sure the marking on the wall is centered in the notch. Use 2x H screws.
Diagram III: Use a water level. Make sure the marking on the wall is centered in the notch. Attach DET 3 temporarily to support walls using 2x H screws. Attach DET U2 inside. Use 4x H screws.
Step 6: Attaching Outer Slats
Diagram I: Remove DET 3 from temporary positions. Use a rubber mallet to gently tap boards into place. Ensure a ~1/4" gap when tightening screws for the outer bands (A2).
Diagram II: Continue attaching boards, ensuring the ~1/4" gap is maintained.
Step 7: Joining Boards
Diagram I: Shows DET 3 and the gap 'A'.
Diagram II: Join boards to bridge the gap 'A'. It is recommended that the combined boards are approximately 1/4" wider than the gap.
Diagram III: Raise the combined board slightly before installation. Use a rubber mallet. Pre-drill holes Ø 5/32". Use appropriate length screws.
Diagram IV: Shows the assembled section.
Step 8: Securing Outer Bands
Diagram I: Remove screws. Do not fix nuts tightly yet. Attach DET A1 and DET A2.
Diagram II: Place ratchet strap near the ends of the boards. Pay attention to measurement (min. 2.36"). Then remove screws. Do not fix nuts tightly yet.
Step 9: Final Tightening
Diagram I: Remove screws. Fix nuts tightly.
Diagram II: Fix nuts tightly and remove ratchet strap.
Step 10: Interior Assembly
Diagram I: Remove all temporary braces.
Diagram II: Install interior components, including benches. Attach upper vent (1x DET G) and lower vent (3x DET F) using K screws (6x K for upper, 6x K for lower).
Step 11: Wall Slats Installation
Diagram I: Use a water level for installation. Attach DET 10a (x2), DET 11a (x2), and DET 10c (x1) using H screws (12x H). Ensure a minimum gap of 1.38" from the glass wall.
Step 12: Additional Slats
Diagram I: Attach DET 11 (x1) and DET 12 (x1). Use pre-drilled holes. Do not overtighten.
Diagram II: Attach DET 10 (x1) and DET 10b (x3). Use pre-drilled holes and M screws (2x M for DET 11, 1x M for DET 12, 2x M for DET 10b). Use H screws (6x H for DET 11, 2x H for DET 10b, 4x H for DET 10).
Step 13: Final Slat Attachment
Diagram I: Attach DET 14 (x1) using H screws (3x H). Use pre-drilled holes.
Step 14: Door Installation
Diagram I: Attach DET 21 (x1) and M screws (2x M). Ensure the door opens outwards. If the handle needs to be on the opposite side, rotate the door 180 degrees.

Diagram III: Use a water level. Pre-drill holes 5/32". Attach DET 21c (x2), DET 21d (x2), DET 21a (x2), and DET 21b (x2) using H screws (18x H) and J screws (16x J).
Diagram IV: Continue attaching door components.
Diagram V: Ensure the door frame is pressed tightly against the wall and fasten from the inside using H screws (8x H).
Step 15: Heater Guard Installation
Diagram I: Leave a ~0.2" gap from the board end. Fasten screws at a slight angle. Do not hit the glass with the screw. Attach DET 16 (x1) using J screws (2x J) and I screws (12x I).
Diagram II: ATTENTION! The heater guard may not meet safety distances for all heaters. Do not use if the heater does not fit. Attach DET 15a (x1), DET 15b (x1), and DET 15c (x2) using I screws (2x I). If the sauna heater is smaller, cut DET 15b to length from the non-tapered end.
Diagram III: Place the sauna heater first. Attach DET 15d (x1) using I screws (3x I). Fasten screws at a slight angle.
Step 16: Final Exterior Attachment
Diagram I: Attach DET 22 (x2) using H screws (4x H on each side).
Step 17: Underlay Felt Installation
Diagram I: Remove the bottom film first. Cut and remove the top film. Overlap the edge by ~2".
Diagram II: Proceed the same way as in diagram I. Cut off parts that extend over the edge.
Diagram III: Turn the end to the edge. Clamp the end to the edge. Cut off parts that extend over the edge.
Step 18: Shingle Installation
Diagram I: Shingles overlap on top. End view shows ~0.35" angle. Refer to shingle installation manual.
Diagram II: Cut DET O. Refer to shingle installation manual.
Diagram III: Retract DET N into 3 pieces. Refer to shingle installation manual.
Step 19: Final Exterior Fastening
Diagram I: Attach DET 25a (x4) and DET 25b (x4) using H screws (28x H on each side).
