Installation Instructions

1. Read these instructions thoroughly before opening and installing the Polaris RZR Lexan Windshield.
2. Check over the parts included in the cartons with the parts list provided.
3. Start by removing the windshield from the box and finding a clean area to lay it down. Begin by peeling off the protective film. Take the 40" piece of rubber gasket and, starting at one end, firmly place it across the bottom of the windshield. You may need to trim any excess.
4. Next, take the adhesive padding and place it around the plastic piece on the RZR at the top of the roll cage where the windshield will sit.
5. Install the windshield to the roll cage using the provided hardware.

Diagram Description:

The diagram shows the assembly of the windshield to the UTV frame. A stainless steel bolt passes through a stainless steel washer and a plastic thumbnut. This assembly secures the windshield to a UTV frame tube via a stainless clamp with a rubber sleeve.

Care Instructions

To clean the windshield, always use a liquid cleaner to decrease the chance of scratches. Microfiber cloths are recommended and readily available. Any window cleaner will work, but ensure you use a soft, clean rag or microfiber cloth.

Return Policy

If you choose to return this product, it must be returned within 30 days of receipt. To receive a full refund, the product MUST be packaged exactly as it was originally packaged from the factory.

Vinyl windows should never be folded when packaging or for storage. Lay all windows on top of each other with canvas folded in between and paper (if available) on both sides.

All returned products will be inspected upon arrival at the production facility and must be in unused, factory new condition. A 25% restocking fee will apply if the product is not in this condition.

If ordered directly from Falcon Ridge, call 606-845-7439 to obtain a return authorization number. Use the preferred shipping carrier (UPS) for returns, unless the item is defective, in which case you are responsible for shipping costs.

Returns submitted to Falcon Ridge without a return authorization number will incur a 20% restocking fee. If purchased through a distributor, contact them directly for their return policy.

Important Note: All windshields must be returned with the original protective film intact and not removed. Refund or replacement will only be processed for items with original protective film or if the windshield is defective.

Returned items must be properly packaged in the original shipping carton to protect them during transit and ensure they arrive back in new, resalable condition. Items that have been used, altered, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.

All contents, including instruction manuals, accessories, hardware, and Velcro, must be included in the return shipment. Only items in OEM factory new condition will be approved.

Once returned items are received, credit will be issued to the original payment method. Outbound and return shipping costs are not refunded. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for refund processing.

Warranty Information

Thank you for purchasing a Falcon Ridge Cab Enclosure, Top, or Windshield. The following outlines the terms of your manufacturer's warranty.

30 Day Warranty: Covers replacement of the enclosure, top, or windshield due to product defect. Refer to the return policy for more details.

1 Year Warranty: Covers any defect in material or workmanship within this timeframe. Falcon Ridge will correct the problem or replace the item. To submit a claim, provide pictures of the defect and the original receipt from the date of purchase.
