Instructions for Installation and Care of Polaris RZR Aero-Vent Lexan Windshield
Important Notice
NOTICE: Please check contents of package for any damage and make sure all parts fit correctly and you are happy with the product before removing protective film. Once the film is removed, the product cannot be returned for a full refund.
Be sure to read these instructions thoroughly before opening and installing the Polaris RZR Lexan Windshield.

Installation Steps
- Start by unpacking the windshield and finding a clean area for installation. Peel off the protective film. Take the 40" rubber gasket and firmly place it across the bottom of the windshield, starting at one end.
- Install the sliding vent panel on the inside of the windshield. This involves attaching the sliding vent panel using the provided hardware. The diagram shows the vent slider mechanism, thumb nut, stainless washer, and stainless bolt used to secure the sliding panel to the windshield.
- With the help of a friend, place the windshield onto the RZR hood.
- Attach the windshield to the roll cage using the remaining hardware. The diagram illustrates securing the windshield to the UTV frame tube with stainless bolts, stainless washers, thumb nuts, and stainless clamps with rubber sleeves.
Care and Maintenance
To clean the windshield, use a liquid cleaner to minimize the chance of scratches. Micro-fiber cloths, readily available at most stores, are recommended. Any window cleaner is suitable, provided a soft clean rag or micro-fiber cloth is used for cleaning.

Return Policy
Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be packaged exactly as originally received from the factory. Vinyl windows should not be folded when packaging or storing; lay them flat, one on top of the other, with canvas folded in between and protective paper on both sides if available.
Returned products undergo inspection at the production facility and must be in unused, factory-new condition. A 25% restocking fee applies to returns not meeting these criteria. For returns, obtain a return authorization number by calling Falcon Ridge at 606-845-7439. Use the preferred shipping carrier (UPS) for returns, unless the item is defective, in which case the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns submitted without a return authorization number will incur a 20% restocking fee. If purchased through a distributor, consult their specific return policy. All windshields must be returned with the original protective film intact and not removed for refund or replacement eligibility. Refunds or replacements are processed only for items with original protective film or if the windshield is defective.
Items must be packaged in the original shipping carton to ensure they arrive factory fresh and in resalable condition. Used, altered, or damaged items are not eligible for refunds. All contents, including manuals, accessories, hardware, and Velcro, must be included in the return shipment. Items must be in OEM factory-new condition for approval. Credit will be issued to the original payment method. Outbound and return shipping costs are not refunded. Allow 4 to 6 weeks for refund processing.
Warranty Information
Thank you for purchasing a Falcon Ridge product. The following terms cover your manufacturer's warranty.
30-Day Warranty: Covers replacement of the enclosure, tops, and/or windshield due to product defects. Refer to the return policy for further details.
1-Year Warranty: Covers any defect in material or workmanship. Falcon Ridge will correct the problem or replace the product. To submit a claim, provide pictures of the defect and the original purchase receipt.
