Installation Steps

Before proceeding, verify all components are present and undamaged. It is advised to confirm satisfaction with the product before removing the protective film, as this may impact return eligibility.

Assembly Overview:

Parts Included: 6 x 1 3/4" Loom Clamps, 11 x 1" Stainless Steel Bolts, 15 x Stainless Steel Washers, 7 x Plastic Thumb Nuts, 4 x Slide Fasteners, 1 x 45" Rubber Gasket, 1 x Polycarbonate Vent Slider, 1 x Polycarbonate Windshield.

Initial Setup: Apply the rubber gasket to the bottom edge of the windshield.
Vent Installation: Attach the sliding vent panels to the inside of the windshield using the provided fasteners, nuts, washers, and bolts.
Final Mounting: With assistance, position the windshield on the LM500 vehicle and secure it to the roll cage using the remaining hardware.

To maintain clarity and prevent scratches, clean the windshield using a liquid cleaner and soft materials like microfiber cloths.
