Quick Start Guide

1. Place the dispenser on a level floor surface indoors. Do NOT plug in the power cord until instructed.
2. Position the dispenser with at least 4 inches (10 cm) clearance from the back wall and 4 inches on both sides.
3. Slide the drip tray into place.
4. Clean the probe assembly with a damp cloth and dish soap. Place the probe assembly on the hanger inside the door.
5. Remove the cap from a 3 or 5-gallon Primo® water bottle. Insert the probe assembly into the bottle, pressing firmly to secure. For 3-gallon bottles, squeeze tabs to separate the probe cap from the collar and press the collar securely over the bottle opening.
6. Slide the bottle into the cabinet and close the door. Water will not pump unless the door is fully closed.
7. Plug the dispenser into a GFCI outlet. The dispenser will begin pumping water.
8. Turn on desired functions by flipping the switches on the back: ? (Chills water), ? (Heats water), ? (Night light). To run the self-sanitization cycle, press and hold the black switch for 3 seconds. The cycle takes 90 minutes and may produce a slight odor from harmless ozone, which dissipates quickly.
9. After the dispenser finishes filling, dispense and discard at least 1 quart (approx. 2 pint glasses) of water from each spout (cold, cool, hot).
10. Your water will be ready to dispense fully chilled in approximately 1 hour ⏳ or piping hot in approximately 12 minutes ?.

Operating Instructions

Dispensing Cold Water

Water will be fully chilled in approximately 1 hour. Dispense by pressing and holding the ? cold water button (right spout). Release to stop.

Dispensing Cool Water

Dispense by pressing and holding the ⚪ cool water button (center spout). Release to stop.

Dispensing Hot Water

Water will be fully heated in approximately 12 minutes. Slide the red child lock back, then press and hold the ? hot water button (left spout). Release to stop. ⚠️ CAUTION: Hot water can cause severe burns. Keep children and pets away. Never allow children to dispense hot water without supervision. Disable heating by switching the rear switch to OFF or unplugging the unit. This unit is for water only.

Replacing the Bottle

When the bottle is empty, the ? bottle light flashes. The dispenser will not heat or cool water. Replace the bottle promptly.

1. Open the cabinet door and slide out the empty bottle.
2. Remove the probe assembly from the empty bottle and place it on the probe hanger.
3. Set the empty bottle aside.
4. Remove the plastic cap from the new bottle.
5. Insert the probe assembly into the new bottle, pressing firmly until it clicks. Ensure the tube reaches the bottom. For 3-gallon bottles, adjust the probe cap as described in the Quick Start Guide.
6. Slide the new bottle into the cabinet and close the door.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Clean the cabinet, controls, probe, and spouts regularly with a soft cloth and food-grade sanitizer or bleach. Empty and clean the drip tray as needed. Run a self-sanitization cycle periodically (press and hold the black switch on the back for 3 seconds) to sanitize reservoirs and lines. The cycle takes 90 minutes. Avoid dispensing water during the cycle.

Limited Warranty

Primo Water Corporation warrants the dispenser to the original purchaser for one (1) year from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship, provided it is operated according to instructions. Proof of purchase may be required. The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts under normal use. It does not cover failures due to accident, abuse, misuse, alteration, improper installation, or lack of routine maintenance. Cosmetic damage like scratches or dents is also not covered. This warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties. Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed after the one-year period.
