Quick Start Guide
- Place the dispenser on a level floor surface in your desired indoor location. Do not plug in the power cord until instructed.
- Position the dispenser: ensure at least 4 inches of clearance from the wall at the back and 4 inches on both sides for proper airflow.
- Clean the probe assembly with a damp cloth and mild dish soap. Place the clean probe assembly on the hanger inside the cabinet door.
- Remove the cap from a Primo® water bottle (sold separately). Insert the probe assembly firmly into the bottle opening. For 3-gallon bottles, adjust the probe assembly collar as needed.
- Slide the water bottle into the dispenser cabinet and close the door securely. The dispenser will not pump water if the door is not fully closed.
- Plug the dispenser into a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) outlet. The dispenser will begin pumping water to fill the internal reservoirs.
- Turn on the heating and cooling switches located on the back of the dispenser. (Green light indicates cooling, Red light indicates heating).
- Once the dispenser has finished filling the reservoirs, dispense and discard approximately one quart (about 2 pint glasses) of water from each spout (cold, cool, and hot) to flush the system.
- Your water will be ready: Cold water will be fully chilled in approximately 1 hour, and hot water will be ready in approximately 12 minutes.
- Register your dispenser at PrimoWater.com to activate your 1-year warranty.
