Assembly Steps
Step 1: Lock Table Top Sections
Place two table top sections on a protected surface. Insert and lock the locking mechanisms (4x 107271) into the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the table top sections. Ensure they click into place. ?➡️✔️
Step 2: Attach Drawer Runners
Attach the drawer runners (4x 122483) to the underside of the table top sections using screws (e.g., 109021). Ensure the runners are oriented correctly. ➡️?
Step 3: Attach Side Support Brackets
Attach the side support brackets (2x 110527, 2x 10098230) to the drawer runners using screws (e.g., 109021). ➡️?
Step 4: Assemble Main Frame
Connect the main frame components. Attach the frame structure to the underside of the table top assembly using screws (e.g., 109021, 146899). ➡️?
Step 5: Secure Frame Components
Continue securing the frame components using screws (e.g., 109021, 154409). ➡️?
Step 6: Further Frame Securing
Secure the frame further with screws (e.g., 109021, 154409). ➡️?
Step 7: Final Frame Securing
Final frame securing with screws (e.g., 154409). ➡️?
Step 8: Attach Legs
Attach the four legs to the assembled frame. Secure each leg using bolts (4x 110912), washers (4x 100843), and nuts (4x 100038). Use the provided tool (120202) to tighten the nuts. ➡️??
Step 9: Tighten Leg Nuts
Ensure all leg connections are tightened using the provided tool (120202) and nuts (e.g., 100712, 100843). ➡️✔️
Step 10: Attach Additional Components
Attach additional components to the leg/frame connection points using screws (e.g., 107271). ➡️?
Step 11: Connect Table Top Halves
Align and connect the two table top sections using the locking mechanisms (2x). ➡️?
Step 12: Slide Table Top Sections
Slide the two table top sections together to form the complete table top. ↔️
Step 13: Secure Table Top to Frame
Secure the table top assembly to the main frame using screws (12x 109021). ➡️?
Step 14: Attach Extension Leaf Supports

Step 18: Attach Final Brackets
Attach the remaining metal brackets (2x 110527, 2x 10098230) to the underside of the table using screws (e.g., 109021). ➡️?
Step 19: Connect Table Top Sections (Extension)
Connect the table top sections again, ensuring the extension leaf mechanism is properly aligned. ➡️
Step 20: Flip Table Upright
Carefully flip the assembled table upright. ⬆️
Step 21: Final Check and Extension Operation
Ensure all components are correctly installed and tightened. The extension leaf mechanism should be properly secured. Test the extension leaf operation. ➡️✔️
