Assembly Steps
Step 1: Prepare Tabletop
Place the two large, flat tabletop sections on a soft, protected surface (e.g., a rug). Align them side-by-side, ready to be joined.
Step 2: Secure Tabletop Halves
Insert two locking mechanisms into the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the tabletop sections. Rotate the mechanisms until they click into place, securing the two halves together. ✔️
Step 3: Attach Support Rails
Attach the metal support rails to the underside of the joined tabletop. Use sixteen (16x) screws (Part No. 100410) and the Allen key (Part No. 100092) for tightening. Ensure correct placement as indicated in diagrams; avoid incorrect assembly (❌).
Step 4: Attach Table Legs (Part 1)
Attach the table legs to the underside of the tabletop. For each leg, use four (4x) screws (Part No. 105100) and four (4x) washers (Part No. 100843). Tighten with the Allen key (Part No. 100092).
Step 5: Attach Lower Support Bars
Attach two short metal support bars between the table legs. Use four (4x) screws (Part No. 144262) for this connection.
Step 6: Attach Upper Support Bars
Attach two more metal support bars between the table legs. Use four (4x) screws (Part No. 108445) for this connection.
Step 7: Final Leg Securing
Ensure all legs and support structures are properly aligned. Secure them by tightening twenty-four (24x) screws (Part No. 100843) using the Allen key (Part No. 100092). This step ensures stability.
Step 8: Extend Table (Initial)
Gently pull the two tabletop halves apart to begin extending the table. The locking mechanisms shown in the close-up diagram can be used to secure the extension.
Step 9: Insert Extension Leaf
Carefully insert the extension leaf into the gap created between the two extended tabletop sections.
Step 10: Extend Table (Further)
Continue to pull the tabletop halves apart to accommodate the extension leaf and achieve the desired table length.
Step 11: Secure Extended Table
Once the table is fully extended and the leaf is in place, use the four (4x) locking mechanisms to secure the tabletop sections and the extension leaf. Rotate the mechanisms until they click, ensuring the table is stable. ✔️
