Promotion Period and Location

The promotion runs from July 1, 2025, to September 30, 2025. It is valid in Lithuania and available through the online store at https://www.samsung.com/lt/

Participants

The promotion is intended for individuals. Participants under 18 years of age may participate with parental consent.

General Promotion Terms and Conditions

The promotion applies to specific Samsung home appliance models listed in Appendix 1. These are appliances sold by the Organizer and available in the online store. The offer is not valid for Samsung products sold by third parties. Participants must ensure their chosen products are eligible for the promotion.

To participate, customers must submit their old home appliances, providing their serial and model numbers, by applying for the promotion at https://www.samsung.com/lt/tv-trade-in/ during the promotion period.

Eligible old appliances for trade-in include vacuum cleaners, refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, and microwave ovens.

Upon submitting an application and agreeing to trade in their old appliance according to these terms, participants are eligible to receive a discount coupon of 20-200 EUR. This discount can only be used for purchasing Samsung products from the store and cannot be applied to any appliance other than a television.

The discount code will be sent via email or during a conversation. The discount expires after the promotion ends and cannot be used thereafter. The discount is non-transferable and intended solely for the personal use of the registered participant.

Terms for Transporting Old Appliances and Promotion Products

Participants must securely pack their old home appliances to prevent damage during transport. Participants must ensure their old appliances are properly protected and safe for transportation.

The transport of old appliances and delivery of promotion products will be handled by the Organizer's partner, as specified in Appendix 2. The delivery of promotional products and collection of old appliances will occur simultaneously or separately by the same partner.

Participants may be required to assist the partner's courier in loading the packed old appliance into the transport vehicle. Participants must cooperate with the courier's instructions to facilitate the loading process.

Samsung will cover the transportation costs for both the old appliances and the promotional products.

Other Terms

Benefits from this promotion cannot be combined with other Samsung promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated otherwise in the respective terms and conditions.

This promotion is not considered a sales offer from the Organizer. The value of the old television will not be individually assessed; participants will receive a predetermined discount as specified in these terms.

The promotion is exclusively for online store participants and is not related to products purchased for resale.

General store terms and conditions apply, unless otherwise specified.

If a participant chooses to return a promotion product to the store and cancel the purchase agreement according to applicable legal requirements, they will forfeit the right to reclaim their old appliance, which has been disposed of. In such cases, the Organizer will refund only the purchase price of the promotion product, excluding the discount.

Participants are not eligible for the promotion if they are found to be in violation of the terms or have acted unfairly or maliciously.

The Organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate these terms at any time without prior notice, provided such changes are justified and comply with applicable legal regulations.

The Organizer is not liable for the suspension of the promotion due to force majeure, international or national sanctions, or other circumstances beyond the Organizer's control.

Participants agree that the Organizer is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages related to the promotion, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The execution of the promotion is governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes arising from this promotion will be settled in the courts of the Republic of Latvia.

Complaints regarding the promotion can be submitted until November 30, 2025, by calling or writing to the contact center.
