• Warranty Period:
  • Free Return/Exchange: Within 1 month (unused items or quality issues).
  • Free Warranty: Within 1 year.
  • Paid Warranty: Up to 3 years.
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects, excluding damage from improper use, accidents, or human error. Retain your purchase receipt for service.

After-Sales Service Process:

1. Contact Customer Service: Via official website, hotline, or online chat. Provide purchase order screenshot and number.
2. Diagnosis: Initial diagnosis based on description. Return may be required for detailed inspection.
3. Repair Confirmation: Notification of repair plan and costs (if applicable) after diagnosis.
4. Repair Implementation: Prompt repair upon approval, with notification for pickup or return shipping.
5. Service Tracking: Updates available through our tracking service.

Operating Instructions

Anti-reverse Lever

• ON: The handle can only turn forward.
• OFF: The handle can turn forward and backward.

Changing Handle Position (Left to Right)

1. Remove the handle screw cap (counter-clockwise).
2. Remove the handle and place it on the opposite side. Replace the handle screw cap.
3. Tighten the handle screw cap (clockwise).
4. Note: Some models may require a handle shaft change.

Winding Line

1. Attach the reel to the rod.
2. Tie the line to the spool and secure it with stickers.
3. Turn the handle once to begin winding.
4. Turn the line spool vertical and apply pressure. Continue winding under tension until the spool is full.

How to Adjust Line Shape on the Spool

• A: Setting upon delivery.
• B: To wind more to the back, increase the number of washers on the spool shaft.
• C: To wind more to the front, reduce the number of washers on the spool shaft.

Casting

1. Grab the line with your finger.
2. Open the bail.
3. Swing the rod and cast.
4. Caution: Tighten the drag enough when casting to prevent finger injury from the spinning spool.

Spool Removal & Attachment

• Removal: Simply turn the drag knob counter-clockwise.
• Attachment: Slowly turn the spool while sliding it onto the spool shaft until it passes through completely. Fasten by turning the drag knob clockwise.

Line Roller Oil Injection

Use oil or grease spray. Insert the nozzle into the injection port and press the button quickly. Recommended once every 5 fishing trips or before a month-long break. Reattach the Maintenance Port cap after spraying.

• Caution: Do not spray too much grease, as it may affect the anti-reverse function. Take off the spool and cover the line roller when spraying to prevent staining clothes. Wipe the line roller after spraying.
• Note: Some products may not have oil injection or an external line roller lubrication feature. Consult the additional instruction manual if included.
• Lubrication Points: Do not put grease inside the Roller bearing or spray inside the rotor, as this may prevent the anti-reverse from working properly. Perform lubrication in a well-ventilated area.

Drag Tension Adjustment

1. Mount the reel on the rod and pass the line through the guides.
2. With the anti-reverse on, pull the line and adjust the drag knob. Turning clockwise increases tension; counter-clockwise reduces it.
3. Adjust drag tension so line begins to feed off just before the breaking point. Always tighten the drag knob for long casts to prevent injury.

Precautions Concerning Storage

• Always remove the reel from the rod before storage.
• Rinsing: Use low-pressure fresh water to rinse off salt and dirt. Avoid hot water or immersing the reel in water. Do not use high-pressure washing.
• Drying: Dry in a shaded area, avoiding direct sunlight. Remove the Maintenance Port cap for better draining and drying.
• Oil & Grease Use: Apply oil and grease as illustrated.
• Storage Environment: Avoid storing the reel in enclosed, hot, or humid spaces. Keep it in a well-ventilated location.
