2. Important Safety Instructions

Do not use this apparatus near water.

Do not install near heat sources.
Do not defeat the safety purpose of polarized or grounding-type plugs.
Avoid damaging the power cord and pinch it.
Use only manufacturer-specified attachments/accessories.
Unplug during lightning storms or prolonged periods of non-use.
Refer servicing to qualified service personnel.
The power switch disconnects the unit, but unplugging the power cord provides complete electrical disconnection.
The apparatus is connected to a mains socket-outlet with a protective earthing connection.
Do not expose the apparatus to dripping or splashing, and do not place objects filled with liquid on it.
This product should not be disposed of with unsorted municipal waste. Return it to the nearest electrical and electronic waste treatment center.

3. Introduction

The ARQISi series of loudspeakers is designed for fixed installations, offering high efficiency, ease of installation, long-term reliability, and excellent sound quality. It is an evolution of the popular ARQIS series, with precise tuning for balanced sound across the spectrum, improved frequency response, and increased power. Models 105, 106, and 108 feature the VEASY wall mounting system for easy vertical and horizontal adjustment.

4. Models

The ARQISi series includes various models, each with specific features:

ARQIS105i: 2-way, 70W RMS, 5.25" woofer, 1" tweeter, Euroblock connectors, VEASY wall mount. Available in black (RAL9005) and white (RAL9003).
ARQIS106i: 2-way, 120W RMS, 6" woofer, 1" compression driver, Euroblock connectors, VEASY wall mount, safety sling. Available in black (RAL9005) and white (RAL9003).
ARQIS108i: 2-way, 150W RMS, 8" woofer, 1" compression driver, Euroblock + Speakon connectors, VEASY wall mount, compatible with ARQ108UB bracket, safety sling. Available in black (RAL9005) and white (RAL9003).
ARQIS205i: 2-way, 140W RMS, 2x 5" woofers, 1" compression driver, Euroblock + Speakon connectors, stirrup wall mount, M6/M8 rigging points, safety sling. Available in black (RAL9005) and white (RAL9003).
ARQIS208i: 2-way, 300W RMS, 2x 8" woofers, 1" compression driver, Euroblock + Speakon connectors, stirrup wall mount, M6/M8 rigging points, safety sling. Available in black (RAL9005) and white (RAL9003).
ARQIS110i: 2-way, 300W RMS, 10" woofer, 1.7" compression driver, Euroblock + Speakon connectors, 35mm stand mount, compatible with SR12 wall mount and TRIPO1 stand, M8 rigging points. Available in black (RAL9005) and white (RAL9003).

5. Connections

Use good quality cables with appropriate section and as short as possible. For parallel connections, ensure correct polarity. Models feature Euroblock connectors and either Euroblock or Speakon connectors.

ARQISSB6Ti: Operates in high or low impedance. A 3-position selector on the rear panel allows choosing between 8Ω/120W (low impedance) and 70/100V line operation (30/60W or 60/120W).

7. Recommended Amplifier

ARQIS105i: 140 W RMS
ARQIS106i: 240 W RMS

8. Positioning

Place loudspeakers on a solid and firm surface. Bass cabinets placed directly and horizontally on the floor have higher efficiency than those suspended or placed vertically. Ensure no obstacles are between the loudspeakers and the audience, as high frequencies are directive. For covering large audiences, hanging the loudspeakers higher can improve sound propagation over long distances.

9. Installation

The ARQISi series models are designed for optimal installation. Models ARQIS106i, ARQIS108i, ARQIS205i, ARQIS208i, ARQIS110i, ARQIS112i can be installed horizontally or vertically using the provided accessories and the 1" pivoting compression driver. The compression driver is factory installed in the same orientation as the grille logo. Models ARQIS205, ARQIS208, ARQIS110, ARQIS112, ARQISSB10, ARQISSB15 feature integrated M8 rigging points for suspension. Important Note: Never suspend equipment by its transport handles. Use appropriate accessories. If using a ceiling or wall mount, a redundant safety system (metal cables, slings, or chains) is mandatory to prevent the loudspeaker from falling.

11. Installation Diagrams

Diagrams illustrate the mounting of the VEASY wall mount for ARQIS105i, ARQIS106i, ARQIS108i, showing steps for attachment and orientation adjustment. Additional diagrams show examples of horizontal or vertical installation using rigging points.

12. Package Contents

The package contents for each model are listed, typically including the loudspeaker, wall mount support, Allen keys, Euroblock connectors, Speakon connectors, rubber feet, screws, and a user guide and warranty card.
