Installation Guide

Intel Socket Mounting

For Intel LGA 115X, LGA 1700/1851:

Attach the LGA115x/1700 BACK PLATE [K] to the rear of the motherboard.
Insert LGA115X/1700 STANDOFFs [G] through the back plate into the motherboard holes.
Place the Intel CLIP [I] over the standoffs.
Secure the clip using SPRING SCREWs [C].
Apply THERMAL GREASE [F] to the CPU.
Mount the pump unit and secure it with SPRING SCREWs [C].

For Intel LGA 2011/2066:

Install LGA2011 SCREWs [D] into the motherboard's CPU socket mounting points.
Place the Intel CLIP [I] onto the LGA2011 SCREWs [D].
Secure the clip using SPRING SCREWs [C].
Apply THERMAL GREASE [F] to the CPU.
Mount the pump unit and secure it with SPRING SCREWs [C].

AMD Socket Mounting

For AMD Socket AM4/AM5:

Remove stock AMD brackets if present.
Attach AMD BUCKLEs [E] to the motherboard around the CPU socket.
Place the AMD CLIP [J] over the CPU socket.
Secure the clip using SPRING SCREWs [C].
Apply THERMAL GREASE [F] to the CPU.
Mount the pump unit and secure it with SPRING SCREWs [C].

Radiator and Fan Configuration

The NovaPeak Series is available in 240mm and 360mm radiator sizes.

NovaPeak 240: Mount two fans to the radiator using FAN SCREWs [A]. Connect the fans using the 2 IN 1 FAN CABLE [M].

NovaPeak 360: Mount three fans to the radiator using FAN SCREWs [A]. Connect the fans using the 3 IN 1 FAN CABLE [N].

Wiring and Connections

Pump Connection: Connect the pump cable to the motherboard's "AIO PUMP" header. The 4PIN PERIPHERAL ADAPTER CABLE [L] can connect the pump to a PSU SATA power connector.

Fan Connection: Use the 2-in-1 [M] or 3-in-1 [N] fan cables to connect fans to the motherboard's "CPU FAN" header or a fan controller.
