Installation Guide
Fan and Radiator Installation
This section details the mounting of fans to the radiator and the radiator assembly to the computer case.
For ICEGEM 240P/280 Models:
- Attach two fans to the radiator using A FAN SCREW x8. The diagram shows screws passing through the fan frame into the radiator fins.
- Mount the radiator assembly into the computer case using B CASE SCREW x8. The diagram illustrates securing the radiator to the case's mounting points.
- Connect the fan cables using the N 2 IN 1 FAN CABLE. The diagram shows connecting two fan cables to this splitter, which then connects to the CPU_FAN header on the motherboard.
For ICEGEM 360 Model:
- Attach three fans to the radiator using A FAN SCREW x8.
- Mount the radiator assembly into the computer case using B CASE SCREW x8.
- Connect the fan cables using the O 3 IN 1 FAN CABLE. The diagram shows connecting three fan cables to this splitter, which then connects to the CPU_FAN header on the motherboard.
Intel Socket Installation
Follow these steps for Intel LGA 115x, 1366, 2011, and 2066 sockets.
LGA 115x / 1366 Installation
The diagrams illustrate the following steps:
- Place the I BACK PLATE behind the motherboard, aligning its holes with the CPU socket mounting points.
- Attach the C PLASTIC SPACER to the backplate for each mounting point.
- Install the G STAND-OFFs onto the plastic spacers.
- Position the cooler's mounting bracket assembly over the CPU socket. The diagram shows a "ROTATE TO ALIGN" step for proper orientation.
- Secure the mounting bracket to the stand-offs using D M3.5*30mm SCREW x4.
- Apply thermal grease H to the CPU (if not pre-applied).
- Remove any protective film from the cooler's water block base.
- Mount the cooler assembly onto the CPU and secure it by screwing it into the mounting bracket. The diagram shows a "Press" action indicating firm attachment.
LGA 2011 / 2066 Installation
The diagrams illustrate the following steps:
- Place the I BACK PLATE behind the motherboard.
- Attach the G STAND-OFFs to the motherboard.
- Position the cooler's mounting bracket assembly over the CPU socket.
- Secure the mounting bracket to the stand-offs using L LGA2011 SCREW x4.
- Apply thermal grease H to the CPU.
- Mount the cooler assembly onto the CPU and secure it. The diagram shows a "Press" action.
AMD Socket Installation
Follow these steps for AMD AM4, AM3/AM2, sTRX4, and TR4 sockets.
AM4 / AM3 / AM2 Installation
The diagrams illustrate the following steps:
- Place the I BACK PLATE behind the motherboard.
- Attach the E AMD SPACER to the backplate.
- Install the G STAND-OFFs onto the AMD spacers.
- Position the cooler's mounting bracket assembly over the CPU socket. The diagram shows a "ROTATE TO ALIGN" step for proper orientation.
- Secure the mounting bracket to the stand-offs using D M3.5*30mm SCREW x4.
- Alternatively, for AM4/AM3, use the J AM4/AM3 CLIP and F SPRING SCREW x4 to secure the bracket.

ARGB Controller
This section details the connection and operation of the ARGB controller for customizable lighting effects.
Connections
The ARGB controller system involves connecting the controller box to the motherboard, power supply, and fans.
- ARGB Control Box (Q): This is the central unit for managing ARGB lighting. It has ports for VDG and +5V D GND signals.
- Motherboard Sync Cable (R): Connects the ARGB Control Box to the motherboard's ARGB header. The diagram shows compatibility with headers labeled MB(ASUS/MSI/ASRock/BIOSTAR) and MB(GIGABYTE). Ensure correct pin alignment (+5V, D, GND, VDG).
- SATA Power Adapter (S): Connects the ARGB Control Box to the Power Supply Unit (PSU) via a SATA power connector for power.
- 4PIN PERIPHERAL ADAPTER CABLE (P): This cable is used to connect the ARGB Control Box to the PSU for power, or potentially to other devices. The diagram shows it connecting to the PSU.
The diagram illustrates the ARGB Control Box receiving power from the PSU via the SATA adapter and receiving lighting control signals from the motherboard via the sync cable. It also shows the fan connections to the ARGB Control Box.
