Assembly Steps

Step 1 (Page 4)

Insert 2x wooden dowels (101352) into the pre-drilled holes on one of the long bench panels. The diagram shows a close-up of a dowel being inserted into a panel.

Step 2 (Page 5)

Attach 1x cam lock housing (114670) to each end of another long panel. Ensure the arrow on the housing is oriented towards the edge of the panel. The diagram shows a close-up of the housing being fitted and an arrow indicating its orientation.

Step 3 (Page 6)

Insert 4x wooden dowels (153552/158590) into the designated holes on the two square side panels. The diagram shows a close-up of a dowel being inserted into a side panel, with a screwdriver and hammer also depicted nearby, suggesting their use.

Step 4 (Page 7)

Insert 2x screws (123491) into the corresponding holes on the two long panels. Use the wrench (113453) to tighten them partially. The diagram shows a close-up of a screw being inserted and tightened with the wrench, and also depicts a forbidden incorrect insertion.

Step 5 (Page 8)

Connect the two square side panels to the first long panel. Use the Allen key (100049) to turn the cam locks within the housings [circular-arrow] to secure the connection. The diagram shows the Allen key engaging with a cam lock and turning it, and a secondary action of pushing a small tab.

Step 6 (Page 9)

Attach the second long panel to the side panels. Insert 8x wooden dowels (101352) into the holes on the side panels that align with the second long panel. The diagram shows a close-up of dowels being inserted.

Step 7 (Page 10)

Insert 7x screws (114613) into the pre-drilled holes on the second long panel. Use the Allen key (100049) to tighten them. The diagram shows screws being inserted into the panel.

Step 8 (Page 11)

Connect the side panels to the second long panel. The diagram shows the side panels being lowered onto the dowels and screws of the second long panel, completing the main frame.

Step 9 (Page 12)

Insert 3x cam locks (113434) into the designated holes on the side panels. Use a screwdriver [screwdriver] to turn the cam locks [circular-arrow] to secure the structure. Step 10 (Page 13)

Insert 4x cam locks (114926) into the designated holes on the other side of the structure. Use a screwdriver [screwdriver] to turn the cam locks [circular-arrow] to secure the structure. The diagram shows a close-up of a cam lock being inserted and turned.

Step 11 (Page 14)

Attach 2x circular caps (10093431/10145237) to cover the cam lock openings. The diagram shows the caps being pressed into place.
