Important Safety Information

Read and follow each step of the instruction carefully.

Tools Required

The following tools are recommended for assembly:

• Screwdriver ?
• Hammer ?

Ensure you have a clear workspace and assemble on a soft surface like a rug to prevent damage.

Parts Identification

Identify all parts before beginning assembly:

Group A:

• Cam lock nuts (8x)
• Springs (12x)
• Wooden dowels (8x)
• Cam lock screws (4x)

Group B:

• Drawer slide components (12x)
• Drawer slide components (12x)
• Drawer slide components (12x)
• Drawer slide components (24x)
• Drawer slide components (6x)
• Drawer slide components (6x)

Group C1:

• Assembly components (1x)
• Assembly components (2x)
• Assembly components (2x)
• Assembly components (4x)

Also note the drawer slides shown separately (3x).

Assembly Steps

Step 1

Attach four cam lock nuts (part 102509) to the designated holes on the two base panels.

Step 2

Attach three drawer slide components (parts 125326, 10076599) to the inner side of the left frame panel, aligning with the pre-drilled holes. Secure using screws.

Step 3

Attach three drawer slide components (parts 125325, 10076576) to the inner side of the right frame panel, aligning with the pre-drilled holes. Secure using screws.

Step 4

Insert eight wooden dowels (part 101345) and four cam lock screws (parts 118331, 112996) into the corresponding holes on the side panels.

Step 5

Slide the back panel into the grooves of the assembled side panels. Secure using eight wooden dowels (part 101345).

Step 6

Connect the left side panel to the base panel using two cam lock nuts (part 102509) and screws.

Step 7

Connect the right side panel to the base panel using two cam lock nuts (part 102509) and screws.

Step 8

Attach four drawer slide components (parts 118331, 112996) to the front edge of the drawer boxes.

Step 9

Attach three drawer slide components (part 101372) to the sides of the drawer boxes.

Step 10

Connect the drawer fronts to the drawer boxes.

Step 11

Attach three drawer slide components (part 119030) to the inner sides of the main frame.

Step 12

Insert the assembled drawer boxes into the main frame, aligning the slides.

Step 13

Place the top panel onto the assembled frame.

Step 14

Secure the top panel using four screws (part 145718).

Step 15

Attach three drawer slide components (part 119030) to the inner sides of the main frame.

Step 16

Attach two drawer runners (parts 104663, 147191) to the side panels of the frame.

Step 17

Attach two drawer runners (parts 104663, 147191) to the other side panels of the frame.

Step 18

Attach the drawer fronts to the assembled drawer boxes.

Step 19

Insert the drawers into the frame. Ensure the drawer slides engage correctly with an audible "Click!" ? "Click!".
