BERGSHYTTAN Table Assembly Instructions

This document provides step-by-step instructions for assembling the IKEA BERGSHYTTAN table.

Wooden dowel: 10x (Part 101352)
Cam lock housing: 4x (Part 114670)
Hex bolt with integrated washer: 4x (Part 10119241)
Cam lock: 4x (Part 114926)
Cam lock: 3x (Part 113434)
Screw: 4x (Part 123491)
Screw: 7x (Part 114613)
Circular mounting plate with screw: 4x (Parts 10093431, 10145237)
Spanner: 1x (Part 10119973)
Wrench: 1x (Part 113453)

Tools Required

The following tools are recommended for assembly:

Screwdriver (Phillips and Flathead) ?
Allen key (provided)
Wrench (provided)

It is recommended that two people handle the parts during assembly. ?

Assembly Steps

Step 1

Insert two wooden dowels (101352) into the pre-drilled holes on one of the longer panels.

Step 2

Attach two cam lock housings (114670) to the same long panel. Insert the housings into the larger holes and secure them.

Step 3

Attach two square panels to the long panel using four hex bolts with integrated washers (10119241).

Step 4

Insert four screws (123491) into the square panels. Use the provided wrench (113453) to tighten these screws. Ensure correct insertion; an incorrect method is shown crossed out. ❌

Step 5

Connect two side panels to the central long piece. Use the provided Allen key (100049) to turn the cam lock housings (114670) to secure the connection. The diagram shows the Allen key rotating the cam lock housing. ?

Step 6

Insert eight wooden dowels (101352) into the pre-drilled holes on the side panels.

Step 7

Insert seven screws (114613) into the long panel.

Step 8

Attach the assembled structure to a base panel using screws.

Step 9

Insert three cam locks (113434) into the side panels. The diagram shows inserting the cam lock and turning it with a screwdriver. An incorrect cam lock (114926) is shown crossed out. ❌

Step 10

Insert four cam locks (114926) into the side panels. The diagram shows inserting the cam lock and turning it with a screwdriver.

Step 11

Attach four "Circular mounting plate with screw" fasteners (10093431 / 10145237) to the base panel.
