Assembly Steps
Step 1: Prepare Canopy
Insert the electrical cable upwards through the opening in the ceiling cup/canopy.
Step 2: Attach Cable Grip
Attach one of the cable grips to the electrical cable.
Step 3: Mount Bracket
Attach the mounting bracket to the top of the ceiling cup/canopy. Ensure it is securely fastened.
Step 4: Secure Cable in Bracket
Route the electrical cable through the clips on the mounting bracket.
Step 5: Route Through Strain Relief
Pass the electrical cable through the flexible strain relief component attached to the bracket.
Step 6: Adjust Cable Length
Attach the hook to the mounting bracket. Adjust the cable so that approximately 20-40 mm (3/4" - 1 1/2") of the cable is exposed above the strain relief.
Step 7: Connect Wires
Connect the Live (L) and Neutral (N) wires from the electrical supply to the corresponding terminals in the connector. Ensure correct polarity.
Step 8: Secure Main Connection
Push the main cable connector into its housing until it clicks securely. A tab may need to be pulled to release it.
Step 9: Connect Lamp Wires
Connect the lamp's Live (L) and Neutral (N) wires to the corresponding terminals in the main cable connector.
Step 10: Secure Lamp Connection
Push the lamp's connector into the main cable connector until it clicks securely. ? Click!
Step 11: Attach Lamp Shade
Feed the cable through the lamp shade structure. Attach the lamp shade to the cable and secure it by twisting the component.
Step 12: Install Light Bulb
Screw a suitable light bulb into the lamp socket.
Important Warnings
⚠️ CAUTION! Do not overtighten.
Ensure all connections are secure but avoid excessive force when tightening components.
