Permanent and Magnetic Mount Options
Product Overview
The Micro-BAR-EX is a versatile LED warning light bar designed for various applications.
Wiring:
- RED: Connect to +VDC (fuse @ 9A).
- BLACK: Connect to Chassis Ground (-).
- BLUE: Controls Flash Patterns & Synchronization.
Flash Pattern Control:
Momentarily apply +VDC to the BLUE wire to cycle through flash patterns. Apply +VDC three times quickly to reset to Flash Pattern #1.
Synchronization: Connect the BLUE wires of multiple units together to synchronize their flash patterns. All units must be set to the same pattern.
Warning: Do not look directly into the LEDs during operation, as it may cause temporary blindness or eye damage.

Mounting Options
Permanent Mount
Single-Bolt Mount Bracket:
The single-bolt mounting system diagram shows the Micro-BAR-EX minibar attached to a mounting bracket. The minibar is secured to the bracket via a 'Bracket Screw' that passes through the minibar's bottom. A 'Mounting Pad' is placed between the minibar and the bracket. The bracket itself is attached to a surface using an 'M12 Screw' (suggested diameter 0.51-0.55 inches or 13-14mm), with a 'Mounting Washer', 'Spring Washer', and 'Mounting Nut' used to secure the screw to the bracket.
4-Bolt Mount Brackets:
The 4-bolt mounting system diagram illustrates the minibar attached to a bracket using multiple screws. The minibar is secured to the bracket with 'Bracket Screws' passing through the minibar's bottom. A 'Mounting Pad' is situated between the minibar and the bracket. The bracket is then affixed to a surface using 'M8 Screws' (suggested diameter 0.35-0.39 inches or 9-10mm), with each screw passing through the bracket and secured by a 'Mounting Washer', 'Spring Washer', and 'Mounting Nut'.
Magnetic Mount
This option utilizes a magnetic base for quick attachment.
The assembly includes:
- Rubber Magnet
- Mounting Washer
- Magnet Screw
- Minibar bottom
The magnet screw secures the minibar bottom to the rubber magnet, often with a washer in between.
Model: with Dual button cigar-plug.
The cigar plug accessory for the magnetic mount model features two buttons: one labeled 'Flash Pattern button' and another labeled 'on/off button'.
