LED FLUSH MOUNT KIT USER MANUAL
Model: CR06 | Voltage: 12-24VDC
WIRING
To +VDC to activate Warning Mode (fuse @ 3A): RED wire. Apply +VDC to the RED wire for High Power Operation in ECE R65 Class 2.
To Chassis Ground: BLACK wire.
For Low Power Operation: WHITE wire. Apply +VDC to WHITE wires while the RED wire is activated for Low Power Operation in ECE R65 Class 1.
To +VDC to activate Cruise Mode (fuse @ 3A): GREEN wire. Precedence: Warning Mode > Cruise Mode.
For Synchronization and Flash Pattern: YELLOW wire. Connect YELLOW wires of all lightheads together for synchronization. All lightheads should be set to the same pattern.
*Actual approval will be based on the model purchased.
Wiring Diagram Description: The diagram illustrates the wiring connections for the LED Flush Mount Kit. It shows the RED wire connected to +VDC for Warning Mode, the BLACK wire to Chassis Ground, the WHITE wire for Low Power Operation, and the GREEN wire to +VDC for Cruise Mode. The YELLOW wire is shown for synchronization. Color-coded lines indicate the specific connections.
OPERATION
For Simultaneous or Alternating Flash
- Apply +VDC to RED and YELLOW wires simultaneously to enter GROUPING MODE. The lighthead will display short (single or double) flashes:
- Single flash = Group 1
- Double flash = Group 2
- Remove the YELLOW wire from +VDC, then momentarily apply +VDC to change Groups:
- Lightheads of the same Group will flash together.
- Lightheads of different Groups will flash alternately.
- Save and Exit the GROUPING MODE by powering off the lighthead.
For Flash Pattern Selection
While in Warning Mode, momentarily apply +VDC to the YELLOW wire:
- Once to advance to the next pattern.
- Quickly three times to select Flash Pattern #1 (FP#1).

INSTALLATION
Pop-n-Lock
Recommended Surface thickness: 1.5~4.0mm
- Select a mounting location and drill an 1.14" (29mm) cut-out, then install the LIGHTHEAD onto the cut-out.
Installation Diagram Description (Pop-n-Lock): The diagram shows a lighthead unit with a 29mm diameter lens being inserted into a circular cut-out on a mounting surface. A note indicates that the optical stripes must align vertically to meet regulation. Another note suggests using a rotating motion to guide the lighthead for more efficient installation.
- Ensure that the optical stripes are aligned vertically.
- Where necessary, apply silicone around the reverse side to prevent rotation. (Silicone is user-supplied).
Bracket Mount* (sold-separately)
- From the front, install the LIGHTHEAD onto the BRACKET.
Installation Diagram Description (Bracket Mount): The diagram shows a lighthead unit being attached to an L-bracket. A note indicates that the optical stripes must align vertically to meet regulation. Another note suggests using a rotating motion to guide the lighthead for more efficient installation.
- Ensure that the optical stripes are aligned vertically.
- Secure the BRACKET onto the desired mounting surface with screws.
Screw Specification: #6 x 18mm screws.
Torque Force: 4.9~5.9 kgf-cm.
Installation Diagram Description (Securing Bracket): The diagram illustrates the bracket being attached to a mounting surface using screws.
- Where necessary, apply silicone around the reverse side to prevent rotation. (Silicone is user-supplied).
