Product Overview
The Cell2 MICRO-BAR-EX is a versatile LED lightbar designed for automotive warning and safety applications. It offers various mounting options, including permanent and magnetic solutions, and features multiple selectable flash patterns for different signaling needs.
Wiring and Control
Wiring Connections
RED Wire: Connect to +VDC (requires a 9A fuse).
BLACK Wire: Connect to Chassis Ground (-).
BLUE Wire: Used for Flash Pattern selection and Synchronisation.
Flash Pattern Control
- To change the flash pattern: Momentarily apply +VDC to the BLUE wire.
- To reset to Flash Pattern #1: Quickly apply +VDC to the BLUE wire three times.
- For synchronisation: Connect the BLUE wires of all minibars together. Ensure all units are set to the same pattern.

Mounting Options
Permanent Mounts
Single-Bolt Mount Bracket
Components include: Mounting Bracket, Mounting Pad, Mounting Washer, Spring Washer, Mounting Nut, Minibar bottom, Mounting Bolt, and Bracket Screw. The Mounting Bolt uses an M12 Screw with a suggested diameter of 0.51-0.55 inches (13-14mm).
4-Bolt Mount Brackets
Components include: Mounting Bracket, Mounting Pad, Mounting Washer, Spring Washer, Mounting Nut, Minibar bottom, Mounting Bolts, and Bracket Screws. Mounting Bolts use M8 Screws with a suggested diameter of 0.35-0.39 inches (9-10mm). The brackets accommodate lengths of approximately 7.36 inches (184mm) and 8.03 inches (204mm).
Magnetic Mounts
Magnet Mount
Features a magnetic base secured by a Magnet, Screw, and Anti-scratch Sticker. Includes a dual-button cigar-plug for power and control, with separate Flash Pattern and On/Off buttons.
Rubber-Magnet Mount
Features a rubber magnet base secured by a Rubber Magnet, Mounting Washer, and Magnet Screw.

WARNING: Do not look directly into LEDs while in operation, as it may cause momentary blindness and/or eye damage.
WARNING: It is not recommended to use magnetically mounted warning devices on vehicles in motion. Usage is at the sole risk and responsibility of the user.
