This document provides operating instructions for the VEVOR Electric Tomato Strainer, Model AMG39. VEVOR is committed to providing competitive priced tools. Risk of Sudden Starts: Can cause electrical shock and personal injury. The motor has an automatically resetting thermal protector and may restart unexpectedly.
For First-Time Use
- Check that the voltage indicated on the rating label corresponds to your home's mains voltage.
- Wash all parts (except the motor housing) in warm, soapy water.
- Before plugging in, do not press any buttons to avoid electric equipment failure.

Safety Information & Important Safeguards
General Safety Precautions:
- Do NOT plug in the unit while standing in water or on a wet/damp surface.
- Do NOT use in water where fish are present, as motor oil can harm them.
- Do NOT pick up the unit by the power cord.
- Protect the electrical cord from sharp objects, hot surfaces, oil, and chemicals. Avoid kinking the cord.
- Unplug the unit before servicing or attempting to clean it.
- Secure the discharge hose before starting the unit to prevent it from whipping and causing injury or damage.
- Keep the pump, base, and inlet screen free of debris and foreign objects.
- Never enter pool water or swim if the unit is present in the water due to the risk of shock or personal injury.
Important Safeguards:
- For household use only. Do not use for industrial purposes.
- Always unplug the unit when assembling or disassembling.
- Close supervision is necessary when the appliance is used near children.
- When carrying the unit, hold it with both hands. Do not carry it by the hopper plate or head.
- Never push products by hand; always use the provided food pusher.
- Do not grind hard food items such as bones or nuts.
- Do not grind ginger or other materials with hard fiber.
- Continuous operation should not exceed 10 minutes, followed by a 10-minute cooling interval for the motor.
- Operate the unit from "START" to "REVERSE" or vice versa only after the previous operation has stopped for more than 30 seconds to prevent damage.
- To avoid jamming, do not force the unit to operate with excessive pressure. If the circuit breaker activates, do not switch it back on.
- Never attempt to replace parts or repair the unit yourself.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction by a person responsible for their safety.
- Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
- Do not operate the appliance if the cord or plug is damaged. Return it to a service center or a professional serviceman for repair.
- This appliance is intended for household use only.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, a service agent, or similarly qualified persons to avoid a hazard.
Installation Instructions
Assembling
- Insert the head into the head inlet and press the locker. Move the head anticlockwise to fasten it tightly (refer to figures 1.2 and 3).
- Place the snake into the head, long end first. Turn to feed the screw slightly until it is set into the motor housing (refer to figure 4).
Pressing Tomatoes
- Place the head into the head inlet and press the locker tightly (figure 5).
- Place the snake into the head, long end first, and turn to feed the screw slightly until it is set into the motor housing (figure 6).
- Place the self-contained tomato stem (figure 7).
- Place the tomato mesh into the tomato stents (figure 8).
- Place the fixing ring onto the tomato stents (figure 9) and then assemble them into the funnel (figure 9).
- Place the assembled funnel into the head and screw the fixing ring tightly (figure 11).
- Place the adjustment knob lock onto the tomato stents, then place the block juice plank on it (figure 12).
- Add tomatoes to the hopper plate once they are clear. Use the food pusher to apply pressure downwards.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Disassembling
- Ensure the motor has stopped completely.
- Disconnect the plug from the power outlet.
- Disassemble by reversing the steps shown in figures 8-12.
- Remove the snake from the head (figure 13).
- Press the lock clockwise and move the head as illustrated in figure 14 to remove the head.
Cleaning
- Remove any food residue. Wash each part in warm, soapy water.
- Note: A bleaching solution containing chlorine can discolor aluminum surfaces.
- Do not immerse the motor housing in water. Wipe it only with a damp cloth.
- Thinners and petrol may crack or change the color of the unit.
- Wipe all cutting parts with vegetable oil and then a damp cloth.
