Troubleshooting

In case of errors (Error A, Error B... Error H) during charging, first familiarize yourself with the possible causes and check the recommended solutions, then contact NTEC sp. z o.o. technical service.

Error Code Safety Functions Recommended Solution
Error - A Overheating Protection 1. Check if the current mode is correct. 2. Disconnect the EV charging plug and the power plug, and try again when the charger has cooled down. If the error persists, contact your distributor.
Error - B Short Circuit Protection (CP) 1) Disconnect the EV charging plug and the power plug, then reconnect the power plug. 2) If Error - B does not appear on the LCD screen, there is a CP short circuit on the car's side. 3) If Error - B continues to appear on the LCD screen, contact your distributor.
Error - C Overvoltage Protection 1. Check that the supply voltage does not exceed the protection voltage (for GB/T and Type 1 and Type 2, it should not exceed 275V). 2. If the supply voltage is too high, wait until it returns to normal. 3. If the voltage is stable but the charger continues to show error -C, contact technical assistance service.
Error -D Low Voltage Protection 1. Check that the supply voltage exceeds the protection value: for GB/T and Type 1 and Type 2, it should not be less than 85V. 2) If the supply voltage is too low, wait until it returns to normal. 3) If the voltage is stable but the charger continues to show error -D, contact technical assistance service.
Error -E Grounding Protection Check that the ground wire is connected.
Error -F Short Circuit Protection 1. Disconnect the EV charging plug and the power plug, then reconnect the power plug. 2. If error - F does not appear on the LCD screen, there is a short circuit on the vehicle's side. 3. If Error - F continues to appear on the LCD screen, contact your distributor.
