Quick Guide
Download App and Register User Account
Scan the QR code to download the App "Fitdays".
Register to log in and set personal information.
Power on and Pairing
Press the button to power on the scale. If there is no display, please charge it using the Type-C cable.
Enable Bluetooth and pair the device with your smartphone.
On the App, navigate to "Account" > "Settings" > "Switch units" to change measurement units.
How to Measure
Data Measurement Steps:
- Day 1: Lay the scale flat on a hard, even surface.
- Day 2: Remove the protective sticker from the scale's surface.
- Day 3: Ensure your feet are bare and dry before stepping on the scale.
For body fat and other body composition analysis, stand straight on the scale and ensure your bare, dry feet uniformly touch the ITO conductive films.
Cautions
Safety Precautions:
- The Bluetooth scale is not a medical device and should not be used to diagnose or treat any medical condition. Consult a doctor for any diet or exercise program.
- Pregnant individuals or those with pacemakers should not solely rely on the data provided by this product. Data is for reference only and not a substitute for professional medical advice.
- If the scale malfunctions, check the battery and charge it for 2 hours using a Type-C cable if necessary.
- Inspect the device before each use. Do not use if damaged, as this may cause injury or inaccurate results.
Notes:
- Handle the scale with care as it is a high-precision measuring device. Avoid jumping or stamping on it.
- Always place the scale on a hard, flat surface for accurate readings. Avoid soft surfaces like carpets.
- To ensure accuracy, step gently on the scale to wake it up and wait at least 10 seconds before weighing. Wake the scale if it has been moved. Measure at the same time each day for consistent results.
- Store the device in a dry room away from extreme moisture, heat, dust, and direct sunlight. Do not place heavy objects on it.
- Ensure all personal data is entered into the Fitdays app before using the scale.
- Use the scale barefoot. The scale cannot measure body fat percentage with shoes or socks on.
- Ensure your feet are dry before weighing.
- The scale is not waterproof. Clean the surface with a damp cloth or glass cleaner. Avoid soaps and chemicals.
- Personal measurement data is for reference only.

Troubleshooting
- No display / Data disappears quickly: Ensure the scale is powered on. Charge the battery for 2 hours using a Type-C cable if it's depleted.
- Cannot connect with App: Check phone compatibility (iOS 8.0+ & Android 6.0+). Ensure the latest "Fitdays" App is installed and Bluetooth is enabled. For Android 6.0+, location services must also be enabled.
- No body fat measured: Ensure personal data is entered in the app. Lay the scale flat, remove the sticker, and power it on. Confirm Bluetooth is enabled. Step on with dry, bare feet and stand straight.
- App required for accurate readings: Yes, the app is necessary for body composition analysis. The scale's display shows only weight without the app. Register in the "Fitdays" App with your profile (gender, age, height) for the first use.
- Changing weight units: Change units in the "Fitdays" App via "Account" > "Settings" > "Switch units", or by touching the "UNIT" button on the scale.
- Weight limit: The scale supports a weight range of 11~396lb / 5~180kg.
- Offline measurement: After initial app registration, the scale supports offline measurement. It displays 8 essential measurements directly. All 16 body composition metrics are stored and synced to the app when Bluetooth is reconnected. The scale can store data for the last 24 users.
Error Codes:
- Lo: Charge battery.
- Err: Overload.
- [ ] (Calibrating): The scale is calibrating. Wait for it to show "0.00".
Operating Instructions
The Bluetooth Scale connects with smartphones (Android 6.0+ & iOS 8.0+) or iPads via Bluetooth 4.0. Download the free "Fitdays" App from the App Store or Google Play.
Pairing the scale with your smartphone
- Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone. For Android 6.0+, Location must also be turned on.
- In the "Fitdays" App, press "Device" and "Device Management" to enter the measuring page and find your device.
- Power on the scale. Press [+] to select "A-Scale X" to add the device.
- Return to the measure page. Step on the scale with bare feet and stand still for about 10 seconds until the analysis is complete.
View reports, delete data, set reference data, share progress
Use the "Chart" or calendar to view progress history by day, week, or month. Select data to view, delete, or contrast. Share your progress via Facebook, Instagram, or SMS using the share button.
At the bottom of the data display, you can select different data types. Share fitness data by clicking the share button [+] on the Measuring page.
Add/Delete Users & Basic Settings
Under "Account", you can add users by tapping "Ω+". To delete an account, swipe left and select "Delete".
In the "Settings" page "?️", you can customize themes, set goals, switch units, enable weighing done sounds, change languages, and manage passwords.
Sync to Fitness App
Apple Health
- Open the "Health" app on your iPhone and select "Sources".
- Choose "Fitdays" from the list of sources.
- Enable all categories to allow data synchronization.
Google Fit
- Go to the "Settings" page "?️" in the Fitdays app and select "Google Fit".
- Turn on the "Google Fit" button and log in to your Google account.
- The app will redirect you to the "Google Fit" page.
- Once connected, "Weight" data will sync to Google Fit.
Fitbit App
- In the "Settings" page "?️", select "Fitbit".
- Turn on the Fitbit button and log in to your Fitbit account.
- Select "Allow" to grant access to the Fitbit App.
- After connection, data including Weight, Body Fat%, and BMI will sync to the Fitbit app and web.
Recalibrating the Scale
If the scale has been moved or turned upside down, recalibration is necessary for accuracy.
- Place the scale on a hard, flat surface.
- Step on the scale with one foot until digits appear on the display, then step off.
- The scale will display "0.00", indicating calibration is complete.
