The ABLEGRID Smart Body Fat Scale provides comprehensive body composition analysis. Its digital display shows key metrics such as weight, units (kg/lb/st), BMI, body fat percentage, muscle mass, water percentage, and age. Navigation is managed through intuitive buttons.
Introduction
Thank you for choosing the intelligent body fat scale. This whole-body composition scale helps you conveniently measure weight, heart rate, BMI, body fat percentage, fat-free body weight, subcutaneous fat, visceral fat, body water, skeletal muscle percentage, muscle mass, bone mass, protein, BMR, and Age.
Important reminder: Before using the device, please carefully read these instructions. Not following the instructions may result in injury or damage to the scale.
Indication Symbols
- LO: Low battery level, please replace and charge.
- Err: Overload.
- C: An error has occurred during measurement. Step off the scales and step onto it again to repeat the measuring process.

Warnings
- Do not use with medical implants such as pacemakers.
- Do not stand on the edge of the scale or jump on it.
- Do not overload the scale (Max. 180kg).
- Do not drop the scale or drop objects on it, as this may damage the sensors.
- Do not immerse the scale in water or use chemical cleaning agents. Clean the scale with a slightly damp cloth.
- Not recommended for pregnant women.
- Not recommended for infants, toddlers, and children under 10 years of age.

3. The App icon will appear on your phone or tablet after the installation is completed.

Display Indicators

Error Indicators
- No display: Change battery.
- LO: Change battery.

Remarks
1. For body weight: Place the scale on an even surface and wait at least 10 seconds before stepping on. The reading should display 0.0kg before stepping on.
2. During body fat testing, the display shows bars in different colors referring to different body types. After measurement, the display shows body fat rate, BMI, heart rate, and a color bar.
Special Features and App Usage
Offline Use
This model features a dual VA display and offers offline functionality. Setting up the scale and connecting it with the app is crucial for initial use to analyze body fat and other parameters. After initial setup, you can conveniently measure body fat, BMI, and body types without connecting to the app every time. The VA display shows measurements. Offline measurement is not activated if there is a weight difference greater than 2kg compared to the last measurement. During offline mode, measurements synchronize with the app during the next connection.
How to Use Fitdays App

2. Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone or tablet.

6. Tap your foot on the scale to activate the display. Wait until it shows "0.0"kg.
7. Stay on the Fitdays homepage and step on the scale with bare feet to start measuring.
Measurement Notes
Note: Leaving the homepage prevents data syncing. Stepping on the scale with socks measures only weight and BMI.
8. When measuring heart rate, a [heart icon] will shine on the scale and flash on the app. Remain still for accurate data.
9. Stay on the scale until the circle shows 'Finished'. All data syncs to the scale and phone. [Description of measurement completion and sync.]

Data Visualization and User Management
11. Add or switch users: Click the photo profile on the homepage or 'Mine' -> 'Add user'. The scale recognizes users by weight difference. Each account supports up to 24 users. [Description of user management.]

Special Cautions During Use
- First-time use requires connecting with the App; otherwise, the scale only shows weight information.
- Remove shoes and socks during measurement for complete body composition data; otherwise, only weight and BMI are shown.
- Do not mix online and offline use modes during measurement. Maintain consistent use in either offline or online mode to avoid data loss.
- Confirm each measurement with the correct user account in the App. If using offline mode, ensure a successful first measurement for the user; otherwise, the scale will only display weight and BMI.

1. Bluetooth Failed to Connection
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on the scale and phone.
