Special Features and App Usage

Offline Use

This model features a dual VA display and offers offline functionality. Setting up the scale and connecting it with the app is crucial for initial use to analyze body fat and other parameters. After initial setup, you can conveniently measure body fat, BMI, and body types without connecting to the app every time. The VA display shows measurements. Offline measurement is not activated if there is a weight difference greater than 2kg compared to the last measurement. During offline mode, measurements synchronize with the app during the next connection.

How to Use Fitdays App

1. Place the scale on a hard, flat ground. [Description of scale placement: one figure shows correct posture, another shows incorrect posture with feet too close together.]

2. Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone or tablet.

3. Register your own ID by email or social media account. [Description of registration screens, including privacy policy acceptance.]

4. Add personal data and click Confirm. Entering incorrect information like gender, age, or height may result in inaccurate measurements. [Description of personal data input screens.]

5. Pair the scale via Bluetooth. Click 'Mine' -> 'Device' -> '+' to find and pair the scale ID. A Bluetooth icon and 'Connected' will show on the scale and phone homepage upon successful connection. [Description of pairing process with screenshots.]

6. Tap your foot on the scale to activate the display. Wait until it shows "0.0"kg.

7. Stay on the Fitdays homepage and step on the scale with bare feet to start measuring.

Measurement Notes

Note: Leaving the homepage prevents data syncing. Stepping on the scale with socks measures only weight and BMI.

8. When measuring heart rate, a [heart icon] will shine on the scale and flash on the app. Remain still for accurate data.

9. Stay on the scale until the circle shows 'Finished'. All data syncs to the scale and phone. [Description of measurement completion and sync.]

10. Click 'Details' to find information on Body Weight, BMI, BMR, Muscle, Bone Mass, etc. Check data differences on the 'Chart' by week, month, or year.

Data Visualization and User Management

11. Add or switch users: Click the photo profile on the homepage or 'Mine' -> 'Add user'. The scale recognizes users by weight difference. Each account supports up to 24 users. [Description of user management.]

12. Baby weight checking: Click '+' -> 'Baby Mode'. An adult steps on the scale first. After the scale registers the adult's weight, step off and hold the baby to weigh again. Fitdays will automatically calculate the baby's weight. [Description of baby mode steps.]

Special Cautions During Use

  1. First-time use requires connecting with the App; otherwise, the scale only shows weight information.
  2. Remove shoes and socks during measurement for complete body composition data; otherwise, only weight and BMI are shown.
  3. Do not mix online and offline use modes during measurement. Maintain consistent use in either offline or online mode to avoid data loss.
  4. Confirm each measurement with the correct user account in the App. If using offline mode, ensure a successful first measurement for the user; otherwise, the scale will only display weight and BMI.
