The Shokz App allows you to switch between Bluetooth and MP3 modes, manage multipoint pairing, update firmware, change equalizer modes, switch music playback order in MP3 format, and more. Download the app for easy and convenient audio playback.

How it Works
Headphone Controls
The headphones feature the following controls:
- LED Indicator: A small colored light indicating status.
- Magnetic Charging Port: A circular port located on the underside for charging.
- Volume - Button: Labeled with '-'.
- Power/Volume + Button: Labeled with '①' and '+'.
- Multifunction Button: An oval button located on the side.
Power On/Off
To turn on headphones: Press and hold the Power/Volume + button until the LED indicator turns blue. You will hear an 'power on' sound.
To turn off headphones: Press and hold the Power/Volume + button until the LED indicator turns red. You will hear an 'power off' sound.
Pairing
1. Start the pairing procedure with the OpenSwim Pro headset turned off.
2. Press and hold the Volume + button for 5 seconds until the LED indicator flashes red and blue.
3. Open Bluetooth settings on your device and select 'OpenSwim Pro by Shokz'. When the device confirms successful pairing, you are ready.
How to Wear
Instructions: Take the headphones, place them behind your neck, secure the headphones on your ears, and then enjoy your music!
* Improper wearing of headphones may cause discomfort.
Sound
Control the volume during audio playback.
HOW TO ADJUST VOLUME: During audio playback, adjust the headphone volume by pressing the 'Volume +' or 'Volume -' buttons.
* A sound alert will play when the volume reaches maximum.
⚠️ * Listening to music at high volume may affect your hearing and distort the sound.
Multifunction Button
The multifunction button controls various playback and call functions:
- ▶️ Play/Pause: Press once.
- ⏭️ Next Song: Press twice while music is playing.
- ⏮️ Previous Song: Press three times while music is playing.
- ? Answer Call: Press once.
- ☎️ End Call: Press once.
Other Functions
Additional functions are available:
- Call Voice Assistant: Press and hold the multifunction button for 2 seconds.
- Answer Call: Press the multifunction button once.
- End Call: Press the multifunction button once.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the multifunction button for 2 seconds.
- Answer Second Call (ending current): Press and hold the multifunction button for 2 seconds when the second call comes in.
- Mute Audio During Call: Press and hold Volume + and Volume - buttons simultaneously for 2 seconds during a call.
- Unmute Audio During Call: Press and hold Volume + and Volume - buttons simultaneously for 2 seconds during a call.
- Change Language: Double-press the multifunction button when the device is in pairing mode (indicator flashes red and blue alternately).
* Applicable only for receiving phone calls, not for online calls.
* Some button functions can also be reassigned in the Shokz App.
Switching between Bluetooth and MP3 Modes
Press and hold the Volume + and Volume - buttons for 2 seconds until you hear an audio signal. Audrey will say: 'Bluetooth Mode/MP3 Mode'.
* Switching between Bluetooth/MP3 modes or reassigning button functions can also be done using the Shokz App.
File Transfer
1. Connect the OpenSwim Pro to your computer using the magnetic cable included in the package.
2. A drive named SWIM PRO will appear on your computer. Open the SWIM PRO drive on your computer.
3. Import audio files (music tracks, audiobooks, or folders) to the SWIM PRO drive.
4. After the file transfer is complete, eject the SWIM PRO drive from your computer.
* Do not interrupt the file transfer forcefully, as this may damage the product.

Switching Music Playback Order in MP3 Format
Press and hold the Multifunction button and the Volume + button for 2 seconds in MP3 mode until you hear an audio signal. Audrey will say: 'Normal/Shuffle/Repeat'.
* Switching music playback order in MP3 format can also be done using the Shokz App.
Checking Headphone Battery Level
HOW TO CHECK BATTERY STATUS: Press the 'Volume +' or 'Volume -' button when music is paused, and Audrey will announce the battery status: '* Battery high/Battery medium/Battery low/Charge me*'
- Battery high - High battery level
- Battery medium - Medium battery level
- Battery low - Low battery level
- Charge me - Headphones need charging
Features
Equalizer Modes
The Bluetooth mode offers 2 equalizer modes:
- Standard Mode: Balanced frequency for listening to music ?
- Voice Booster Mode: Enhanced mid-frequencies for listening to audiobooks, podcasts, etc. ?️
The MP3 mode offers 2 equalizer modes:
- Standard Mode: Frequencies are balanced for listening underwater ?
- Swimming Mode: Specially designed for swimming. We recommend enabling this mode while swimming and using it in conjunction with earplugs. ?
Switching Equalizer Modes
Switch modes during music playback.
Press and hold the Volume - button for 2 seconds during music playback until you hear an audio signal. Audrey will say: 'Standard Mode/ Vocal Booster Mode/ Swimming Mode'.
* You can also use the Shokz app to change the equalizer mode.
Multipoint Pairing
PAIRING TWO DEVICES
Seamless switching between two devices using multipoint pairing.
Instructions:
1. Start with the headphones turned off. [Power Off Symbol]
2. Press and hold Volume + until Audrey says 'Pairing', and the LED indicator starts flashing red and blue alternately.
3. Press and hold the Multifunction button and the Volume + button until you hear an audio signal.
4. Open the Bluetooth menu of the first device and select 'OpenSwim Pro by Shokz'.
* Pairing is complete when the first device indicates successful pairing. ✔️
5. Turn off the headphones. [Power Off Symbol]
Second Device
6. Re-enter pairing mode by pressing and holding Volume + until Audrey says 'pairing', and the LED indicator starts flashing red and blue alternately.
7. Open the Bluetooth menu of the second device and select 'OpenSwim Pro by Shokz'.
* Pairing is complete when the second device indicates successful pairing. ✔️
8. Turn off the headphones. [Power Off Symbol]
9. Turn on the headphones. Your headphones are now connected to both devices. ✔️
* Multipoint pairing can also be managed using the Shokz App.
Disconnecting Multipoint Pairing
Instructions:
1. Start with the headphones turned off. [Power Off Symbol]
2. Press and hold Volume + until Audrey says 'pairing', and the LED indicator starts flashing red and blue alternately.
3. Press and hold the Multifunction button and the Volume - button until you hear an audio signal.
* Multipoint pairing can also be managed using the Shokz App.
Language Change
Your headphones have four built-in languages: Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean.
Instructions: Follow instructions when headphones are off. [Power Off Symbol]
1. Start with the headphones turned off.
2. Press and hold Volume + until Audrey says 'pairing', and the LED indicator starts flashing red and blue alternately.
3. Double-press the Multifunction button to switch to the next language. The language order is as follows: English, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.
4. Press the Volume + or Volume - button to hear the voice prompt about the battery status and check if the correct language is selected.
* You can also use the Shokz app to change the language.
Factory Reset
Instructions: Use control buttons when headphones are off. [Power Off Symbol]
1. Start with the headphones turned off.
2. Press and hold Volume + until Audrey says 'pairing', and the LED indicator starts flashing red and blue alternately.
3. Press and hold the Multifunction button, Volume - button, and Volume + button simultaneously until you hear an audio signal.
4. Turn off the headphones. All OpenSwim Pro settings will be reset, and pairing will need to be re-established.
* Imported MP3 files are not deleted when restoring factory settings.
Care and Maintenance
Charging
Headphones will automatically turn off when connected to charge. [Power Off Symbol]
Charging Process (Red LED indicator) ➡️ Charging Complete (Blue LED indicator)
When the headphone battery is low, Audrey will say 'charge me', and the red indicator will flash periodically. Use the included magnetic charging cable to charge. The LED indicator will turn red during charging, and the headphones will automatically turn off. Upon completion of charging, the LED indicator will change from red to blue.
Note:
- Headphones automatically turn off after 2 hours of standby in MP3 mode.
- Headphones automatically turn off after 6 hours of standby in Bluetooth mode.
