Reflex Active Sport Earbuds Guide

Getting Started

Follow these steps to set up your Reflex Active Sport earbuds:

1. Remove headphones from the case once fully charged.
2. Open Bluetooth connections on your device and search for 'REFLEX-SPORT', then select it.
3. Your device will now be paired with your headphones.

Your connection will be automatic after initial pairing. For any connection issues, please repeat steps 1-3.

Charging the Case

To charge your Reflex Active Sport earbuds case:

1. Insert the charging cable into the charging port and connect to a power supply.
2. The charging indicator light will flash red while the case is charging.
3. Allow approximately 2 hours for a full charge. The indicator light will remain continuously illuminated when fully charged.
4. Avoid charging for longer than 2 hours.
5. Earbuds show RED while charging and solid BLUE when fully charged (approximately 1 hour).

Hands-Free Functions

Control your music and calls with simple touch gestures:

• Answer Calls: Press either touch point once.
• Reject a Call: Press and hold either round button for 2 seconds.
• End a Call: Press either round button once.
• Make a Call: Double press either round button to call the last dialed number.
• Power On: Remove headphones from the case or press and hold the round button for 5 seconds.
• Power Off: Place headphones back in the case or press and hold the round button for 5 seconds.
• Play/Pause: Click either round button.
• Play Next Track: Press and hold the front of the long button for 2 seconds.
• Play Previous Track: Press and hold the back of the long button for 2 seconds.
• Activate Voice Assistant: Triple tap either round button.

Product Care

To maintain the quality of your Reflex Active earbuds:

• Clean the product with a damp cloth and mild soap.
• The product is not designed to be submerged in water. Water damage may cause malfunction.
• Avoid excessive twisting or turning of the charging cable.
• The product contains no serviceable components. Do not attempt to open the earbuds or their casing.
• Keep away from strong magnetic fields to prevent interference.
