Reflex Active Series 01 - Getting Started

How to Charge

1. Remove the tracker from the band by gently pressing from the back while holding the band securely.
2. Insert the tracker into the charging cradle with the touch button facing forward.
3. The band will activate automatically once the power charger is plugged in.
4. Charge the band when the low battery indicator is displayed.
5. A 2-hour charge is sufficient to fully charge your smartwatch. Do not exceed this charging period.

Operation Introduction

• Twist your wrist or press the touch key to illuminate the screen.
• Press the touch key to switch between main menu interfaces.
• Long press the touch key to confirm actions.
• To switch off the watch, repeatedly press the touch key until the "more" icon appears, then long press to enter "Power off", and long press the touch key again.
• Gesture control styles can be set within the REFLEX ACTIVE App. advanced settings.

Getting to Know the Screens

• Time Screen: Select from 6 different time screens by pressing and holding the touch key.
• Messages: Press the touch button to enter the message interface. Receive alerts for incoming calls, SMS, WeChat, and WhatsApp messages.
• About: Long press the touch button to view your band's address, device name, and system version.
• Keep Active: Set reminders within the App. advanced settings to stay active throughout the day.
• Alarms & Alerts: Add reminders like wake-up alarms and medication alerts from the App.'s home screen reminder section.
• Sleep: Set a sleep target in settings & goals. Access sleep data via "Today" on the App.'s home screen.
• Weather: After connecting with the REFLEX ACTIVE app, select a city in the app's advanced settings to display its weather on your smartwatch.
• Find Your Phone or Smartwatch: Once connected to the App., access "Find Phone" via the sub-menu and "more". Long press the touch key to make your phone emit a locator alarm. To find your tracker from your phone, select "Find Device" from the settings menu.

Downloading the REFLEX ACTIVE App.

Search for "REFLEX ACTIVE App." or scan the appropriate QR code using your smartphone camera or a QR code reader app to download and install the application.

Ensure the app is the latest version and supports Bluetooth 5.0.

Connecting Band to Mobile Phone

1. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone.
2. Open the REFLEX ACTIVE App. on your smartphone.
3. Review and accept the privacy policy.
4. Set up your profile following the on-screen steps.
5. Set your goals as prompted.
6. Tap the green icon and select your watch from the list to connect.
7. Tap "OK" to allow notifications to appear on your smartwatch.

Disconnecting Your Smart Watch & Phone

1. Open the REFLEX ACTIVE App. on your smartphone.
2. Tap "Disconnect Device" in Settings.
3. Forget your device in your smartphone's Bluetooth settings.

Additional Features

• More: Long press the touch button to enter the function menu, which includes About, Power Off, and Find Your Phone options.
• Drink Alerts: Set reminders in the App. advanced settings to stay hydrated.
• Camera Control: Access the photo feature via settings once connected to the App. Pressing the touch button on your band can take a photo on your phone. Photos are automatically saved on Android devices, or you can choose to save/retake on iOS devices.
• Step Counter: The band automatically records daily activity. Press the touch key to cycle through steps, calories, and distance.
• Sports: Long press the touch screen button to access sports functions. Choose from Walk, Running, Cycling, or Climbing. Data is recorded after your activity. Activities lasting less than one minute will not be recorded. Set activity goals in the App.'s settings & goals.
• Power Off: Long press the touch button to turn off your band.
• Reset: Long press the touch key to reset and restart your watch.

Technical Specifications

Band Adjustment

Your Reflex Active bracelet or mesh band can be easily adjusted for a perfect fit.

• Bracelet: For watches with removable links, lift the tab on the center section of both clasps and remove a link to shorten the bracelet. This applies only to watches with bracelet bands.
• Mesh Bracelet: Unlock the clamp using the appropriate tool. Slide the entire clasp along the bracelet to adjust the length. It's best to adjust the length while wearing the watch for a good fit. Ensure the clasp engages with a molded indent on the back of the bracelet. Lock the clamp plate by pressing it into place. Avoid using the retaining bar for leverage, as this can cause damage and prevent the clasp from locking.

How to Care for Your Smartwatch

• Avoid wearing your smartwatch while applying sprays or creams.
• Prevent contact with corrosive agents like paint, solvents, or adhesives, as they may affect the smartwatch's finish.
• The smartwatch is not suitable for swimming or showers and should not be immersed in water.
• Do not attempt to replace or disassemble the battery.

Strap Care

• Environmental conditions can affect strap durability. Limit exposure to direct heat or sunlight and keep the watch dry.
• Avoid using chemical cleaners on the strap and contact with cosmetic products like fake tan or perfumes.
• Clean light soiling with a weak soapy water solution on a slightly damp soft cloth.
• Light-colored straps (whites, creams, pastels) may attract color transfer from other materials and cosmetics. Take care to prevent discoloration, as this is not covered by the guarantee.

Silicone Strap Care

• Clean silicone straps regularly with mild soap and water to remove dirt, oils, and lotions, ensuring the smartwatch case remains dry.
• Store your smartwatch in its original gift box when not in use.

Step Counter Accuracy

Smartwatches use accelerometers to measure steps by detecting wrist movement. However, certain wrist actions while stationary can mimic step movements and be falsely recorded. Step counts should be used as a guide only.

• Reflex Active smartwatches emit electromagnetic fields and some models contain magnets. These may interfere with medical devices like pacemakers. Consult your doctor and medical device manufacturer before use if you use any medical device.
• The heart rate monitor is for recreational use only and not for medical diagnosis or monitoring.
• The heart rate monitor emits flashing lights. Consult your doctor if you have epilepsy or similar conditions before use.
• Heart rate readings can be affected by factors like watch fit, wearer characteristics, and activity intensity.
• Consult a doctor before starting new exercise regimes.
• Sensors track movement to estimate activity, sleep, and calories. These estimations are not always fully accurate.
• Prolonged wear may cause skin irritation, especially for sensitive skin or allergies. Remove the smartwatch if irritation occurs. To prevent irritation, remove the watch regularly for cleaning and avoid over-tightening.
• We recommend removing the smartwatch daily for gentle cleaning.
