- M12 x 100 Bolt & Nyloc Nut (F)
- 12 x 40 Flat Washers (G)
- 12 x 25 Flat Washers (H)
Fitting Procedure
- Remove the rear bumper and associated fixings.
- Trim the bumper edge as shown in the sketch if required.
- Remove the original crash beam; it is not refitted.
- Lower and support the exhaust system to prevent damage.
- Remove tape from towbar mounting points on the chassis.
- Attach Handed Side Arms (C) to chassis members using bolts (E) and washers (G).
- Fix Crossmember (A) between side arms using bolts (E).
- Attach Extension Bar (B) to Crossmember (A) using bolt (F) with Nyloc nut and bolts (E) with washers (H).
- Install vehicle wiring before refitting the bumper.
- Bolt the ball bracket and wiring plate to Extension Bar (B) using bolts (D).
- Fully tighten all nuts and bolts to secure the towbar.
- Refit exhaust, heat shield, and bumper.
