TONSTAD Bed Frame Assembly Instructions

Attach 22x coil springs (114671) to the main frame components. Secure these with 4x round plastic caps (153552).

Insert screws (114671) into the designated holes on the frame pieces. Use 12x coil springs (114671) in this step.

Insert 14x wooden dowels (101357) into the pre-drilled holes on the side and base panels of the bed frame.

Attach 6x round plastic fittings (114670) to the base panels. Secure them using screws.

Connect metal rods to the frame components. Use the provided Allen key (100049) to tighten screws. Follow the numbered sequence (1-8) shown in the diagram.

Continue attaching metal rods to the frame using the Allen key (100049). Follow the numbered sequence (1-8) as illustrated.

Attach more metal rods to the frame. This step involves 2 repetitions, each with a numbered sequence (1-4) of actions using the Allen key (100049).

Install 8x small cylindrical parts (10093445, 10093431, 10117000) onto the base panels of the bed frame.

Insert 10x coil springs (114671) into the designated slots on the bed frame components.

Insert 5x wooden dowels (101357) into the appropriate holes on the frame pieces.

Attach 9x round plastic fittings (114670) to the frame components. Ensure they are securely fitted.
