HOW IT WORKS
Headphone Controls

ON/OFF
To turn on the headphones:
Press and hold the Power/Volume + button until the LED indicator flashes blue. Audrey will say: "Welcome to Shokz".
To turn off the headphones:
Press and hold the Power/Volume + button until the LED indicator flashes red. Audrey will say: "Power off".
Pairing
1. Start with OpenMove turned off.
2. Press and hold the Volume + button until the LED indicator flashes red and blue alternately.

3. Open the Bluetooth settings on your device and select "OpenMove by Shokz". Audrey will say "connected".
How to Wear

Take the headphones, place them behind the base of your neck, position the ear hooks, and enjoy your music!
*Wearing the headphones incorrectly may cause discomfort. The transducers should be positioned in front of your ears.
Volume
Adjust the volume controls during audio playback.

How to change the volume:
While audio is playing, adjust the headphone volume by pressing the Volume + or Volume - buttons. A "beep" will sound when the volume reaches maximum.
⚠️ *Listening with earphones at high volume can compromise hearing and distort the audio.
Multifunction Button

- Play/Pause Music: Click once
- Next Song: Double-click while music is playing
- Previous Song: Triple-click while music is playing
- Answer Call: Click once
- End Call: Click once during a call

Check Battery Status
Adjust controls while audio is not playing.

How to check battery status:
Click the Volume + or Volume - button while music is paused. Audrey will tell you the battery status: "Battery high/Battery medium/Battery low/Charge me"

Equalization Modes

Change Equalization Mode
Adjust controls while music is playing.

How to change the equalization mode:
Press and hold both buttons (Power/Volume + and Volume -) while music is playing until you hear a "beep". Audrey will say, "Standard Mode/Vocal Booster Mode."
Multipoint Pairing
Pair two devices. Seamlessly switch between devices with multipoint pairing.

Enabling Multipoint Pairing
Operate controls with headphones off.

1. Start with the headphones off.
2. Press and hold the Volume + button until Audrey says "pairing" and the LED indicator flashes red and blue alternately.

Connecting First Device

4. Open the Bluetooth menu of the first device and select "OpenMove by Shokz". Audrey will say "connected".
5. Turn off the headphones.
Connecting Second Device

6. Return to pairing mode by pressing and holding the Volume + button until Audrey says "pairing" and the LED indicator flashes red and blue alternately.
7. Open the Bluetooth menu of the second device and select "OpenMove by Shokz". Audrey will say "connected".
8. Turn off the headphones.

9. Turn on the headphones. Your headphones are now connected to both devices.
Disable Multipoint Pairing
Operate controls with headphones off.

Factory Reset
Operate controls with headphones off.

1. Start with the earbuds off.
2. Press and hold the Volume + button until Audrey says "pairing" and the LED indicator flashes red and blue alternately.

3. Press and hold the Multifunction button, the Volume - button, and the Volume + button until you hear two beeps and a vibration.
4. Turn off the earbuds. The OpenMove is now reset and can be paired to your device again.
Change Language
Your headphones have four built-in languages: Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean.
Follow the instructions when the headphones are off.

3. Press the Multifunction button twice. The languages will change as you hear the corresponding language.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Charging Tips
The headset automatically turns off during charging.

When the headphone battery is low, a "charge" prompt will appear, and the red light will flash intermittently. Use the provided USB-C cable for charging.
The LED indicator will turn red during the charging process, and the headphones will automatically turn off.
The LED indicator will change from red to blue when charging is complete.
Storage and Maintenance
- Store the earbuds in a cool, dry place. The operating temperature should be 0-45°C (32-113°F).
- Keep the product away from heat sources, combustible gases, or corrosive liquids. Keep the product away from direct sunlight for prolonged periods, or from use or placement in hot locations such as a car interior in high temperatures.
- These headphones are water-resistant, but not fully waterproof. Do not immerse the headphones in water.
- Clean the earbuds with a soft, dry cloth.
- After a long period of non-use, recharge the earbuds before using them.
Battery
- To avoid the risk of explosion, fire, or leakage of toxic chemicals, do not disassemble the product or change, deform, or mutilate the battery.
- Do not dispose of the headphones in water and/or fire.
- Do not use the headphones if they show signs of alteration or deformed materials.
Charging
- Before connecting the device to the charging cable, always ensure the charging port is dry. Otherwise, short circuits, fires, or explosions may occur.
- Do not charge immediately after exercise: if there is sweat inside the charging port, the circuit could burn out during charging.
- Keep the product away from heat sources during charging.
- Use this product exclusively with an Agency-approved power adapter that meets local regulatory requirements (e.g., UL, CSA, VDE, CCC).
Hazards of Use
Please note that in some countries or regions, it may be illegal to use this product while operating any type of vehicle. Verify and comply with the Highway Code or relevant laws and regulations in your region, or consult the local regulatory authority.
Skin Irritation
- Although rare, some users may experience allergies or skin sensitivity due to prolonged contact with the product's external materials.
- To avoid the risk of allergic reactions, do not use if there are wounds or skin irritations on the neck, ears, and/or head area.
- If skin redness, swelling, or itching occurs while wearing the product, immediately discontinue use and consult a doctor.
