1. General Description
The VCH-UD200 charger is designed for safe, multiple battery charging. The product complies with European and national requirements for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).
2. Technical Description
The device is designed for charging Ni-MH/Ni-Cd/Li-ion/LiFePO4 batteries. The device casing has a modern and ergonomic design, finished with an LCD display. It is equipped with two independent channels for batteries. The charger is protected against short circuits, battery overcharging, overheating, and incorrect polarization. With Li-ion/IMR/IMR/ICR and Ni-MH/Cd batteries, the device operates in automatic mode and does not require supervision of the batteries during operation.
The charger features an LCD display showing voltage, current, battery type, and charging status in real-time. The display backlight turns off after 30 seconds of inactivity. Pressing the button briefly will turn it back on. When a battery is fully charged, the display shows "Full", and charging stops.

4. User Instructions
Preparation for Use
Ensure the device and power cable have no mechanical or other damage. Do not use the device immediately after a sudden temperature change. To prevent damage caused by condensation, leave the device in the room for 5 hours.
Operating Conditions | Storage Conditions | |
---|---|---|
Temperature | 0°C – +35°C | 0°C – +40°C |
Humidity | 35% – 95% | 45% – 85% |

Connecting to Power
To connect the charger to a 220V household network, connect the USB Type-C cable to the appropriate connectors on the charger and a power adapter. Then, plug the adapter into a household power outlet.
Image Description: The image shows a diagram of the charger with labels pointing to the charging slots, LCD display, channel switching button, and the USB Type-C input.
Turning on the Charger
After turning on the device, the LCD display will illuminate. The device will be ready for operation after a three-second internal test, indicated by the "null" symbol on the display. An audible signal will confirm the device is ready.
Placing Batteries
Correctly place one or two batteries in the charger's compartments. The device allows for batteries of different sizes; manual adjustment may be necessary to ensure optimal contact between the device's metal parts and the battery contacts (see Fig. 1). If a battery is correctly installed, an audible signal will indicate the start of charging. If the installation is incorrect or the battery is faulty, the display will show "Err" and an audible signal will sound (see Fig. 2).
Image Description (Fig. 1): A hand is shown inserting a battery into a charging slot, with the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals aligned correctly.
Image Description (Fig. 2): The LCD display shows an "Err" message, indicating an issue with battery installation or the battery itself.
Charging Batteries
The charger automatically recognizes the battery type (Ni-MH/Cd, Li-ion/IMR/IMR/ICR) (see Fig. 3). When LiFePO4 batteries are installed, the Li-ion charging mode is activated. To ensure correct operation, select the appropriate mode for LiFePO4 batteries. Within five seconds after installing the battery, press and hold the channel switching button for two seconds. The battery type indicator on the display will change from Li-ion to LiFePO4 (see Fig. 4). If two LiFePO4 batteries are installed, this selection must be made for both slots. Charging LiFePO4 batteries without selecting the correct mode is unacceptable and will lead to their damage.
Image Description (Fig. 3): The LCD display shows the battery type options: Li-ion, LiFePO4, and NiMH/NiCd, with channel 1 indicated.
Image Description (Fig. 4): The LCD display shows the process of changing the battery type from Li-ion to LiFePO4 by holding the button.
Image Description: The image shows the LCD display indicating charging status for two batteries, with voltage, current, capacity, and percentage displayed for each.
