IKEA Rumia Promotion Regulations
Promotion Title: "On May 23-28, 2025, sign up for any planning or design service at the IKEA Rumia Planning and Ordering Studio and receive delivery with carrying-in service for 1 PLN."
Offer for IKEA Family and IKEA Business Network Club Members.
Promotion Duration: May 23, 2025 – May 28, 2025
1. General Provisions
1.1. Promotion Name: "On May 23-28, 2025, sign up for any planning or design service at the IKEA Rumia Planning and Ordering Studio and receive delivery with carrying-in service for 1 PLN. Offer for IKEA Family and IKEA Business Network Club Members."
1.2. Organizer: IKEA Retail Sp. z o.o., located at Plac Szwedzki 3, 05-090 Raszyn, Poland. Share capital: PLN 20,000,000.00. Registered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000091681, REGON: 010577890, NIP: 527 010 33 85.
2. Promotion Terms and Conditions
2.1. Promotion Period: May 23, 2025 – May 28, 2025, or until stocks of promotional goods are depleted.
2.2. Promotion Location: IKEA Planning and Ordering Studio, Port Rumia Shopping Centre, ul. Grunwaldzka 108, 84-230 Rumia.
2.3. Eligibility: Natural persons with full legal capacity, legal persons, or organizational units without legal personality but with legal capacity granted by law.
2.4. Target Audience: Retail customers. Applies to IKEA goods purchases typically made by households or for business purposes. Not applicable to IKEA goods for resale. IKEA employees may participate.
2.5. Membership Requirement: Only IKEA Family club members and IKEA Business Network members are eligible. IKEA Family card or IKEA Business Network card must be presented before placing an order at the planning and ordering studio.
3. Detailed Promotion Conditions
3.1. Promotion Offer: Receive Delivery with Carrying-in Service for 1 PLN upon signing up for one of the following services: kitchen planning, wardrobe planning, or cabinet and shelving planning between May 23, 2025 – May 28, 2025, and placing an order at the IKEA Rumia Planning and Ordering Studio within 6 months of signing up for the service.
3.2. Participation Limit: Customers can use the promotion once during its duration. To benefit from the promotion, purchased goods must be bought after the selected planning or design service is completed.
3.3. Order Cancellation: Withdrawal from an order placed within the promotion means forfeiture of participation in the promotion. The refund amount will be calculated based on the unit prices shown on the receipt or invoice.
4. Other Provisions
4.1. Acceptance: Participation in the promotion signifies confirmation of having read and accepted these Regulations.
4.2. Complaints: All complaints regarding the promotion should be submitted within 14 days of the promotion's conclusion. Complaints can be submitted via:
- IKEA chat available on the Contact IKEA website.
- The complaint form available on the Complaints IKEA website.
- Telephone: 22 275 00 00 (charges according to operator's tariff).
- In person, in writing, at the IKEA Gdańsk Customer Service Department.
- By mail to: IKEA Gdańsk Customer Service Department Manager.
4.3. Complaint Resolution: Complaints will be processed within 14 days.
4.4. Written Complaint Requirements: Must include customer contact details (name, surname, address, phone number) and a description of the reason for the complaint.
4.5. Regulation Availability: The promotion regulations are available at the Customer Service Department in the IKEA Gdańsk store and at the Planning and Ordering Studio in Rumia.
4.6. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the execution of obligations related to this promotion will be settled by the competent common court.
4.7. Consumer Rights: For customers who are consumers or natural persons who have concluded an agreement directly related to their business activity, where the agreement indicates it is not for their professional character (especially based on their business activity as registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity), IKEA is responsible for the non-conformity of IKEA Goods and Services with the agreement as regulated by Article 43a et seq. of the Act of May 30, 2014, on Consumer Rights. For other customers, IKEA is responsible for product defects as regulated by Article 556 et seq. of the Civil Code.
4.8. Validity: These Regulations are effective from May 23, 2025.
