Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Adjust Top Frame Length

Loosen the pre-installed bolts and adjust the length of the top frame to match the size of the table top.

Step 2: Attach Lifting Columns

Insert the lifting column into the top frame and secure it with 4 pcs of M6x12 screws.

Step 3: Attach Side Brackets

Place the side bracket on the top frame and tighten the bolts.

Step 4: Install Screen Brackets

Install the screen brackets using 8 pcs of M6x10 Bolts.

Step 5: Connect Beam and Mount Components

Insert the connected beam and tighten the pre-installed bolts. Mount the control box to the frame, and ensure all cables are connected correctly and tightly to the control box.

Step 6: Mount Tabletop and Handset

Mount the tabletop and fix it with 26 pcs screws ST4x20. Fix the centre bracket with 2 pcs screws M6x10. Fix the handset with 2 pcs screws ST4x20. Mount the control box to the frame, and ensure all cables are connected correctly and tightly to the control box. (Note) Desk will not function properly unless the control box has been connected to the desk frame bracket.

Step 7: Cable Management

Use the provided cable ties to tidy up any loosely hanging cables. Tighten the bolts on the top frame.

Cable Tray Installation

Fix the cable tray (B2-B2BCT) to the Back-to-Back desk frame with 8 pcs M6x10 screws.

Screen Panel Installation

Shush30 Privacy Screen

Step 1: Insert Tapped Plates

Insert the tapped plates into the screen panel. (Plates can be found in the B2-BBRAC carton).

Step 2: Attach Screen Brackets to Extrusion

Install the screen brackets (B2-BBRAC) to the Shush30 Extrusion with 8 pcs M5x6 screws.

Step 3: Fix Screen Brackets to Desk Frame

Fix the screen brackets (B2-BBRAC) to the desk frame with 8 pcs M6x10 screws.

EPS (900mm H Eco Panel) Screen Panel Installation

Step 1: Install Screen Brackets

Install the screen brackets (B2-BBRAC) with 8 PCS M6x10 Screws. The brackets' direction should be as shown in the photos.

Step 2: Mount EPS Panel

Place the EPS panel on the screen brackets. Using a 6mm drill bit (not included), drill holes in the Eco Panel Screen in line with the back-to-back screen bracket holes. (Note: Carbide Drill Bits Work Best For PET panel). Place 8 x Double Ended Bolts M5*32mm - 6mm through the screen bracket (B2-BBRAC) holes and the holes you have created in the Eco Panel Screen. Tighten the double-ended bolt with an Allen key.

Cable Connection Diagram:

Control Panel Operation and Programming Instructions

  1. Connection Check: Ensure all components (control box, control panel, power cable, connecting cable, lifting columns) are correctly connected.
  2. Power On: Connect the power cable to a 110/240VAC outlet. The control panel will display "62.0" for a few seconds, indicating the system is on and ready.
  3. Up and Down:
    • Press and hold the "UP" button to move the desk up to the desired height. The desk stops when the button is released.
    • Press and hold the "DOWN" button to move the desk down to the desired height. The desk stops when the button is released.
  4. Memory Settings:
    • After adjusting the desk height, press the "M" button.
    • Press a desired button (1, 2, or 3) to assign the current height to that memory preset. Up to 3 different heights can be saved.
    • To move the desk to a preset height, press the corresponding button (1, 2, or 3).
    • You can stop the desk during operation by pressing either the "UP" or "DOWN" button.
  5. Keypad Lock:
    • To lock: Press and hold "UP" and "DOWN" buttons for 5 seconds until "LOC" appears on the display.
    • To unlock: Press and hold "UP" and "DOWN" buttons for 5 seconds simultaneously until "LOC" disappears and the height is displayed.
  6. Reset:
    • If the system experiences a problem or the control panel displays "RES", a reset is required.
    • Press and hold the "DOWN" button throughout the process.
    • After 5 seconds, the desk will lower slightly to its lowest height, then rise slightly. The display will change back to the numeric height setting. The reset is complete when the desk stops.

Troubleshooting

  1. HOT:

    Issue: Operation of the control box continuously for more than 2 minutes.

    Solution: a. Wait 18 minutes. b. Disconnect the power cable, wait a few minutes, then plug it back in. The error code will disappear.

  2. E01 and E02:

    Issue: a. Control box cable not connected properly, defective, or broken. b. Weight on one side exceeds 120 kg.

    Solution: Ensure all connection cables are properly connected. Wait 3 seconds for the error code to disappear. If persistent, replace the engine. Remove load from the desk; the error code will disappear automatically.

  3. E06:

    Issue: Difference between lifting columns is higher than 1 cm (0.4 inches).

    Solution: Start the "Reset" process.

  4. E07:

    Issue: Load weight exceeds the limit of 120 kg.

    Solution: Remove items from the desk to ensure the total weight does not exceed 120 kg.

  5. E08:

    Issue: Input voltage is lower than required.

    Solution: The error code will disappear automatically when the voltage increases to the required level.

  6. E09:

    Issue: Input voltage is too high.

    Solution: The error code will disappear automatically when the voltage decreases to the supported level.

  7. E10:

    Issue: Control panel not connected or not receiving power, while the control box is powered.

    Solution: Wait 1 second for the error code to disappear automatically. If persistent, check connection cables.

Detailed Programming Steps:

1Un - Display Units Setting

Change the numeric display to show heights in either inches or centimeters.

Procedure: Press "M" button and hold for 3 seconds. Handset displays "S--". Release "S" button, press "M" button to enter. Display shows "1Un". Press "M" button again to confirm the first setting.

  1. The display will show [CM Symbol]. Press "S" button to select CM display. After 2 seconds, centimeters setting is done, and the current height (cm) will be displayed.
  2. After displaying [Inches Symbol], press UP or DOWN. The display will show [Inches Symbol]. Press "S" button. After 2 seconds, inches setting is done, and the current height (inch) will be displayed.

2br - Handset Display Brightness

Procedure: Press "M" button and hold for 3 seconds. Handset displays "S--". Release "M" button, press "M" button to enter. Display shows "1Un".

  1. Press UP/Down; it will display "2br".
  2. Press "M" to enter. The current brightness level will be displayed: [Normal Brightness] (Normal brightness), [Low Brightness] (Low brightness), [High Brightness] (High brightness).
  3. Press UP or DOWN to select the desired brightness level. Press "M" button to confirm. After 2 seconds, the current height will be displayed.

3bE - Handset Sound

Procedure: Press "M" button and hold for 3 seconds. Handset displays "S--". Release "S" button, press "M" button again to enter. Display shows "1Un".

  1. Press UP or DOWN; it will display "3bE".
  2. Press "M" button. The current sound status will be displayed: [OFF] (OFF: no sound) or [ON] (ON: with sound).
  3. Press UP or DOWN to select OFF or ON. Then press "M" to confirm. After 2 seconds, the current height will be displayed.

4Fu - Upward Direction Anti-Collision Sensitivity

The desk has an Anti-Collision Sensitivity that stops movement if it hits something while moving up. You can change this sensitivity level.

Procedure: Press "M" button and hold for 3 seconds. Handset displays "S--". Release "M" button, press "M" button again to enter. Display shows "1Un".

  1. Press UP or DOWN; it will display "4Fu".
  2. Press "M" button to enter. The current anti-collision sensitivity level will be displayed. There are 9 levels for upward movement, from [L1] (most sensitive) to [L9] (least sensitive).
  3. Press UP or Down to select your preferred level. Press "M" button to confirm. After 2 seconds, the current height will be displayed.

5Fd - Downward Direction Anti-Collision Sensitivity

The desk has an Anti-Collision Sensitivity that stops movement if it hits something while moving down. You can change this sensitivity level.

Procedure: Press "M" button and hold for 3 seconds. Handset displays "S--". Release "S" button, press "M" button again to enter. Display shows "1Un".

  1. Press UP or DOWN; it will display "5Fd".
  2. Press "S" button to enter. The current anti-collision sensitivity level for downward movement will be displayed, from [L1] (most sensitive) to [L9] (least sensitive).
  3. Press UP or Down to select your preferred level. Press "M" button to confirm. After 2 seconds, the current height will be displayed.

6FS - Balance Sensitivity

The desk has a balance sensitivity feature to ensure the two columns always work in the same position. You can change this sensitivity level.

Procedure: Press "M" button and hold for 3 seconds. Handset displays "S--". Release "S" button, press "M" button again to enter. Display shows "1Un".

  1. Press UP or DOWN; it will display "6FS".
  2. Press "M" button to enter. The current balance sensitivity level will be displayed, from [L1] (most sensitive) to [L9] (least sensitive).
  3. Press UP or Down to select your preferred level. Press "M" button to confirm. After 2 seconds, the current height will be displayed.

7SH - Setting the New Lowest Display and Height Range

The desk frame ships with default minimum and maximum height limits. These steps allow you to adjust the upper and lower limits to your preference.

Procedure: Press "M" button and hold for 3 seconds. Handset displays "S--". Release "S" button, press "M" button again to enter. Display shows "1Un".

  1. Press UP or DOWN; it will display "7SH".
  2. Press "M" button to enter. It will display [Lowest Position Height Display]. Press UP or DOWN; it will display [Set New Minimum Desk Height] and [Set New Maximum Desk Height].
  3. Press UP or DOWN; it will display [Current Lowest Height]. Press "M" button to enter. Use UP or DOWN to set the lowest height display. Press "S" to confirm.
  4. Press UP or DOWN; it will display [Current Lowest Height Position]. Press "M" button to enter. Use UP or DOWN to set a lowest height position. Press "M" to confirm.
  5. Press UP or DOWN; it will display [Current Highest Height]. Press "M" button to enter. Use UP or DOWN to set a new highest height position. Press "M" to confirm.

8Hc - Setting Constant-touch & One-touch for Go Up or Down

Procedure: Press "M" button and hold for 3 seconds. Handset displays "S--". Release "M" button, press "M" button again to enter. Display shows "1Un".

  1. Press UP or DOWN; it will display "8Hc".
  2. Press "S" button to enter. It will display the current mode [001] or [002].
    • [001]: Keep pressing UP or DOWN button to make the desk move up or down.
    • [002]: Press UP or DOWN button and release; the desk will move up or down automatically. Press any button to stop the desk when it is moving.
  3. Press "M" to confirm your desired mode. Wait 2 seconds; the setting is done.

9St - Reminder Setting

To promote a healthier working style, the desk can remind you to stand up after sitting for a long time. You can set this reminder.

Procedure: Press "M" button and hold for 3 seconds. Handset displays "S--". Release "M" button, press "M" button again to enter. Display shows "1Un".

  1. Press UP or DOWN to get "9St".
  2. Press "S" to enter. It will display "0.0H" (no time reminder; H means Hour).
  3. Press UP or DOWN to select the desired reminder time (e.g., 1.5H means 1.5 hours). Press "S" to confirm.
  4. Note: When the handset time reminder beeps, press any button to make it disappear. The time reminder will last 30 seconds if no operations are performed.

10H - Setting Bounce Height

Procedure: Press "M" button and hold for 3 seconds. Handset displays "S--". Release "M" button, press "M" button again to enter. Display shows "1Un".

  1. Press UP or Down to get "10H".
  2. Press "M" button to enter. It will show the current bounce height.
  3. Press UP or DOWN to set the bounce height. Press "M" to confirm. Wait 2 seconds; it will display the current height.

11r - Restore Factory Defaults

Procedure: Press "M" button and hold for 3 seconds. Handset displays "S--". Release "M" button, press "M" button again to enter. Display shows "1Un".

  1. Press UP or DOWN; it will display "11r".
  2. Press "M" to enter. It will display [Factory Reset Symbol] and flash.
  3. Press "M" to confirm. Wait 2 seconds; it will display the current height.

12d - Fatigue Test Mode

This mode is for factory use only. Please ignore this programming.
