Component Parts

The following components are included in the Halo Plus Single Frame package:

Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Adjust Top Frame

Loosen the pre-installed bolts and adjust the length of the top frame to match the size of the table top.

Step 2: Attach Lifting Columns

Insert the lifting columns into the top frame and secure them with 4 pcs of M6x12 bolts.

Step 3: Attach Table Feet

Place the table feet onto the lifting columns, align them, and tighten the pre-installed bolts.

Step 4: Attach Side Brackets

Position the side brackets onto the top frame and tighten the bolts.

Step 5: Mount Tabletop

Mount the tabletop and secure it with 14 pcs of ST4x20 screws. Fix the center bracket with 2 pcs of M6x10 screws.

Step 6: Install Handset and Control Box

Fix the handset with 2 pcs of ST4x20 screws. Mount the control box to the frame. Ensure all cables are connected correctly and securely to the control box. Use the provided cable ties to organize any loose cables. Tighten the bolts on the top frame. Note: The desk will not function properly unless the control box is connected to the desk frame bracket.

Cable Tray Installation

Step 1: Attach Cable Tray to Arms

Fix the cable tray (B2-SSCT) to the cable tray arms (HP-SSARM) using 8 pcs of M6x10 screws.

Step 2: Mount Cable Tray to Desk Frame

Install the U brackets to the desk frame using 4 pcs of M8x10 screws. Mount the cable tray to the desk frame and secure it with 6 pcs of M6x10 screws.

Screen Panel Installation (Shush30 Privacy Screen)

Step 1: Insert Tapped Plates

Insert the tapped plates into the screen panel. The plates can be found in the B2-BBRAC carton.

Step 2: Attach Screen Brackets to Extrusion

Install the screen brackets (B2-SBRAC) to the Shush30 Extrusion using 8 pcs of M5x6 screws.

Step 3: Attach Screen Brackets to Desk Frame

Fix the screen brackets (B2-SBRAC) to the desk frame using 10 pcs of M6x10 screws.

EPS (900 mm H Eco Panel) Screen Panel Installation

Step 1: Install Screen Brackets on Cable Tray Arm

Install the screen brackets on the cable tray arm using 10 pcs M6x10 screws. Ensure the brackets are oriented as shown in the diagrams.

Step 2: Attach EPS Panel to Screen Brackets

Place the EPS panel onto the screen brackets. Using a 6 mm drill bit (not included), drill holes in the Eco Panel Screen aligned with the back-to-back screen bracket holes. Note: Carbide Drill Bits Work Best For PET panels. Insert 8 x Double Ended Bolts M5*32mm - 6mm through the screen bracket (B2-SBRAC) holes and the created holes in the Eco Panel Screen. Tighten the double-ended bolts with the Allen key.

A. Parts List

Connect the cables as illustrated in the provided diagram, showing the connection between the lifting columns, control box, handset, and power source.

  • Duty Cycle: Max. 10% (2 minutes operation, 18 minutes pause)

Control Panel Operation and Programming Instructions

Ensure all components are correctly connected: control box, control panel, power cable, connecting cables, and lifting columns. Connect the power cable to a 110/240VAC outlet. The control panel will display "62.0" for a few seconds, indicating the system is on and ready for use.

3. Up and Down

Press and hold the "UP" button to raise the desk to the desired height. The desk stops when the button is released. Press and hold the "DOWN" button to lower the desk to the desired height. The desk stops when the button is released.

4. Memory Settings

After adjusting the desk height, press the "M" button, then press a desired button from 1 to 3 to save the current height. Up to 3 different heights can be saved. To move the desk to a preset height, press the corresponding button (1, 2, or 3). The desk movement can be stopped by pressing the "UP" or "DOWN" buttons.

5. Keypad Lock

To lock: Press and hold the "UP" and "DOWN" buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds until "LOC" appears on the display. The system is now locked. To unlock: Press and hold the "UP" and "DOWN" buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds until the "LOC" sign disappears and the desk height is displayed. The system is ready for adjustment.

6. Reset

If the system encounters an issue or the control panel displays "RES", a reset is required. Press and hold the "DOWN" button throughout the process. After 5 seconds, the desk will move to its lowest position, then rise slightly, and the display will show the numeric height setting. The reset is complete when the desk stops.

Troubleshooting

1. HOT

Issue: Control box operating continuously for more than 2 minutes.

Solution: a. Wait 18 minutes. b. Disconnect the power cable, wait a few minutes, then reconnect. The error code will disappear.

2. E01 and E02

Issue: a. Control box cable is not connected properly, is defective, or broken. b. Weight on one side of the desk exceeds 120 kg.

Solution: Ensure all connection cables are properly connected. Wait 3 seconds; the error code should disappear. If the problem persists, replace the motor. Remove excess weight from the desk; the error code will disappear automatically.

3. E06

Issue: The height difference between the two lifting columns is greater than 1 cm (0.4 inches).

Solution: Initiate the "Reset" process.

4. E07

Issue: The load weight exceeds the 120 kg limit.

Solution: Reduce the weight on the desk to ensure it does not exceed 120 kg.

5. E08

Issue: Input voltage is lower than the required value.

Solution: The error code will disappear automatically when the voltage increases to the required level.

6. E09

Issue: Input voltage is too high, exceeding the maximum allowed value.

Solution: The error code will disappear automatically when the voltage decreases to the maximum supported value.

7. E10

Issue: The control panel is not connected or has no power, while the control box is connected to a power source.

Solution: Wait 1 second; the error code should disappear automatically. If the problem persists, check the connection cables.

Important Safety Instructions

  • Read these operating instructions carefully before using the device and keep this manual for future reference.
  • Before use, check the desk and power cables for visible damage. Do not turn on the device if you notice cuts or deep scratches.
  • Ensure the power supply voltage is compatible with the product's parameters before connecting to the power supply.
  • Verify that the power cable length is sufficient for connecting the desk to the power supply.
  • The height-adjustable desk contains electronic circuits and should only be used in dry environments. Avoid use outdoors or in dusty conditions. Keep away from heat sources and corrosive materials.
  • Keep all electrical components away from liquids. Never touch or handle the desk, power supply, control box, control panel, or any cables with wet hands.
  • Clean the product only with a clean, dry, soft cloth. Disconnect from the power supply before moving or cleaning electrical components.
  • Do not disassemble the columns, control box, or control panel, as this is considered user-inflicted damage.
  • This product contains small parts; keep them out of reach of children. Do not allow children to play with the device. Packing materials should not be used as toys.
  • Do not lay or sit on the tabletop. This product is not designed for lifting people.
  • Do not exceed the maximum permissible load weight.
  • This product is designed for a 10% duty cycle (2 minutes of operation followed by 18 minutes of pause).
  • The manufacturer is not liable for any damage or injuries resulting from improper use of the height-adjustable desk, including non-compliance with these safety instructions and warnings.

Advanced Programming

The handset allows for advanced programming of various desk functions:

  • 1Un - Display Units Setting: Change the display to show heights in inches or centimeters.
  • 2br - Handset Brightness Setting: Adjust the brightness of the handset display (normal, low, high).
  • 3bE - Voice Setting: Enable or disable sound feedback for button presses.
  • 4Fu - Go Up Anti-Collision Sensitivity Setting: Adjust the sensitivity for upward movement collision detection (9 levels, L1 most sensitive, L9 least sensitive).
  • 5Fd - Go Down Anti-Collision Sensitivity Setting: Adjust the sensitivity for downward movement collision detection (9 levels, L1 most sensitive, L9 least sensitive).
  • 6FS - Balance Sensitivity: Adjust the sensitivity to ensure both columns operate in sync (9 levels).
  • 7SH - Setting the New Lowest Display and Height Range: Adjust the minimum and maximum height limits of the desk.
  • 8Hc - Setting Constant-touch & One-touch: Configure whether the desk requires continuous button presses or a single press for movement.
  • 9St - Time Reminder Setting: Set reminders to stand up after prolonged sitting (e.g., 1.5H for 1.5 hours).
  • 10H - Setting Bounce Height: Adjust the bounce height feature.
  • 11r - Restore Factory Defaults: Reset all settings to factory defaults.
  • 12d - Fatigue Test Mode: For factory use only.

1Un - Display Units

To change the display units:

  1. Press and hold the "M" button for 3 seconds until "S--" appears. Release the "M" button.
  2. Press the "M" button again to enter programming mode. "1Un" will be displayed.
  3. Press the "M" button again to confirm the first setting.
  4. To set in centimeters: Display shows '□'. Press the "S" button. "CM" will be displayed, followed by the current height in centimeters after 2 seconds.
  5. To set in inches: Display shows '□'. Press "UP" or "DOWN" to show '│∩'. Press the "S" button. "Inch" will be displayed, followed by the current height in inches after 2 seconds.

2br - Handset Display Brightness

To adjust brightness:

  1. Press and hold "M" for 3 seconds until "S--" appears. Release "M".
  2. Press "M" again to enter programming mode. "1Un" is displayed.
  3. Press "UP" or "DOWN" until "2br" is displayed.
  4. Press "M" to enter. The current brightness level will be shown (□ for normal, L for low, H for high).
  5. Press "UP" or "DOWN" to select the desired brightness level.
  6. Press "M" to confirm. The current height will be displayed after 2 seconds.

3bE - Handset Sound

To configure sound feedback:

  1. Press and hold "M" for 3 seconds until "S--" appears. Release "M".
  2. Press "M" again to enter programming mode. "1Un" is displayed.
  3. Press "UP" or "DOWN" until "3bE" is displayed.
  4. Press "M" to enter. The current sound status will be shown (□FF for no sound, □n for sound).
  5. Press "UP" or "DOWN" to select □FF or □n.
  6. Press "M" to confirm. The current height will be displayed after 2 seconds.

4Fu - Upward Direction Anti-Collision Sensitivity

To adjust upward anti-collision sensitivity:

  1. Press and hold "M" for 3 seconds until "S--" appears. Release "M".
  2. Press "M" again to enter programming mode. "1Un" is displayed.
  3. Press "UP" or "DOWN" until "4Fu" is displayed.
  4. Press "M" to enter. The current sensitivity level will be displayed (L1 to L9, where L1 is most sensitive and L9 is least sensitive).
  5. Press "UP" or "DOWN" to select the desired level.
  6. Press "M" to confirm. The current height will be displayed after 2 seconds.

5Fd - Downward Direction Anti-Collision Sensitivity

To adjust downward anti-collision sensitivity:

  1. Press and hold "M" for 3 seconds until "S--" appears. Release "M".
  2. Press "M" again to enter programming mode. "1Un" is displayed.
  3. Press "UP" or "DOWN" until "5Fd" is displayed.
  4. Press "S" to enter. The current sensitivity level will be displayed (L1 to L9, where L1 is most sensitive and L9 is least sensitive).
  5. Press "UP" or "DOWN" to select the desired level.
  6. Press "M" to confirm. The current height will be displayed after 2 seconds.

6FS - Balance Sensitivity

To adjust balance sensitivity:

  1. Press and hold "M" for 3 seconds until "S--" appears. Release "M".
  2. Press "M" again to enter programming mode. "1Un" is displayed.
  3. Press "UP" or "DOWN" until "6FS" is displayed.
  4. Press "M" to enter. The current balance sensitivity level will be displayed (L1 to L9).
  5. Press "UP" or "DOWN" to select the desired level.
  6. Press "M" to confirm. The current height will be displayed after 2 seconds.

7SH - Setting the New Lowest Display and Height Range

To adjust the minimum and maximum height limits:

  1. Press and hold "M" for 3 seconds until "S--" appears. Release "M".
  2. Press "M" again to enter programming mode. "1Un" is displayed.
  3. Press "UP" or "DOWN" until "7SH" is displayed.
  4. Press "M" to enter. The display will show "H₁h" (set lowest position height display).
  5. Press "UP" or "DOWN" to cycle through settings:
    • $H_{1}h$: Set the lowest position height display.
    • $L_{1}L$: Set a new minimum desk height.
    • $L_{1}H$: Set a new maximum desk height.
  6. To set the lowest height display: Press "UP" or "DOWN" to display $H_{1}h$. Press "M" to enter. Use "UP" or "DOWN" to set the desired display value. Press "S" to confirm.
  7. To set the new minimum desk height: Press "UP" or "DOWN" to display $L_{1}L$. Press "M" to enter. Use "UP" or "DOWN" to set the desired minimum height. Press "M" to confirm.
  8. To set the new maximum desk height: Press "UP" or "DOWN" to display $L_{1}H$. Press "M" to enter. Use "UP" or "DOWN" to set the desired maximum height. Press "M" to confirm.

8Hc - Setting Constant-touch & One-touch

To configure touch operation:

  1. Press and hold "M" for 3 seconds until "S--" appears. Release "M".
  2. Press "M" again to enter programming mode. "1Un" is displayed.
  3. Press "UP" or "DOWN" until "8Hc" is displayed.
  4. Press "S" to enter. The current mode will be displayed (□□I for constant-touch, □□□□I for one-touch).
  5. Press "UP" or "DOWN" to select the desired mode.
  6. Press "M" to confirm. The setting is done after 2 seconds.

9St - Reminder Setting

To set sit-stand reminders:

  1. Press and hold "M" for 3 seconds until "S--" appears. Release "M".
  2. Press "M" again to enter programming mode. "1Un" is displayed.
  3. Press "UP" or "DOWN" until "9St" is displayed.
  4. Press "S" to enter. "0.0H" will be displayed (0.0H means no reminder).
  5. Press "UP" or "DOWN" to select the desired reminder interval (e.g., 1.5H for 1.5 hours).
  6. Press "S" to confirm. When the reminder beeps, press any button to dismiss it. If no operation is performed, the reminder will last for 30 seconds.

10H - Setting Bounce Height

To set the bounce height:

  1. Press and hold "M" for 3 seconds until "S--" appears. Release "M".
  2. Press "M" again to enter programming mode. "1Un" is displayed.
  3. Press "UP" or "DOWN" until "10H" is displayed.
  4. Press "M" to enter. The current bounce height will be displayed.
  5. Press "UP" or "DOWN" to set the desired bounce height.
  6. Press "M" to confirm. The current height will be displayed after 2 seconds.

11r - Restore Factory Defaults

To restore factory settings:

  1. Press and hold "M" for 3 seconds until "S--" appears. Release "M".
  2. Press "M" again to enter programming mode. "1Un" is displayed.
  3. Press "UP" or "DOWN" until "11r" is displayed.
  4. Press "M" to enter. "Frt" will be displayed and flash.
  5. Press "M" to confirm. The current height will be displayed after 2 seconds.

12d - Fatigue Test Mode

This mode is for factory use only and should be ignored by the user.
