Assembly

NOTE: Assemble on a flat surface. A piece of cardboard is recommended to keep the product from being scratched during assembly.

Two people are recommended for assembly.

STEP 1: ATTACH THE BACK PANELS

Align and attach the left back panel (E) to the right back panel (F) with three screws (AA). Tighten securely.

STEP 2: ATTACH THE LEFT SIDE PANEL

Align and attach the left side panel (D) to the back panels (E&F) at right angles and tighten with three screws (AA) at the three indicated locations.

STEP 3: ATTACH THE RIGHT SIDE PANEL

Align and attach the right side panel (G) to the back panels (E&F) at right angles and tighten with three screws (AA) at the three indicated locations.

STEP 4: ATTACH THE TOP BRACKET

Attach the top bracket (B) to the side panels (D&G) and tighten with two screws (AA) each side (totally four screws).

STEP 5: ATTACH THE BOTTOM BRACKET

Attach the bottom bracket (K) to the side panels (D&G) and tighten with two screws (AA) each side (totally four screws).

STEP 6: ATTACH THE BOTTOM PANEL

Slide the bottom panel (J) to the cabinet frame and secured with a screw (AA) on the bottom. Make sure the notch on the edge of bottom panel (J) face forward.

STEP 7: ATTACH THE TOP PANEL

Attach the top panel (A) to the top of the cabinet frame and secured with three screws (AA) each side (totally six screws). Make sure the symbol “H” on the edge of top panel (A) face forward.

NOTE: Install the front edge with symbol “H” first. The six screws (AA) shown above are installed along the inside edge of top panel (A).

STEP 8: ATTACH THE CORNER BRACKET

Attach four corner brackets (L) to the bottom of cabinet and secured with sixteen screws (AA).

STEP 9: ATTACH THE ADJUSTABLE FEET

Install four adjustable feet (M) to the bottom of cabinet clockwise and tighten to level.

STEP 10: INSTALL THE SHELVES

Before placing shelves, place four metal clips (R) into perforated slots at the same height for each shelf location.

NOTE: The holes between the slots help with horizontal positioning.

Place the shelves (I) on top of metal clips (R).

After installing shelves, place a plastic clip (Q) at corner to lock shelves in place.

Tip: Inserting one end of plastic clip (Q) next to the panel and squeezing the other end helps install well.

STEP 11: ATTACH THE DOORS

Install bottom hinge pin (O) and washer (P) on each side of the bottom bracket (K). Make sure the washer (P) is on the bottom hinge pin (O).

Lower the left door (C) onto bottom left bottom hinge pin, then swing the left door (C) into top bracket (B) while pulling down on the latch, align latch with hole in top bracket (B) and release when latch is in position.

Repeat above step for right door (H).

Insert key (N) into lock to verify proper operation.

STEP 12: ADJUST THE LEVEL WITH ADJUSTABLE FEET

Adjust each adjustable foot (M) to the desired elevation by turning the adjustable foot counterclockwise to elevate and clockwise to lower the adjustable foot.

Follow standard cleaning procedures for metal cabinets. Use a damp cloth and mild detergent if necessary. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
