Pairing Instructions
Pairing Both Earbuds
- Keep the distance between the cell phone and Metro within 3 feet (for pairing only).
- Press and hold the multifunction button on both earbuds until you hear the prompt "Power On". You will then hear the prompt "Pairing". You will hear 2 chimes to indicate both earbuds are ready to pair.
- Activate the Bluetooth function of the pairing device and select "Tzumi-Metro TWS" from the device list displayed.
- You will hear "Device Connected". Your earbuds are now paired successfully.
Single Earbud Pairing
- Press and hold the multi-function button for a few seconds until you hear 2 chimes. This means the earbuds go to pairing mode. Then, activate the device Bluetooth function to select "Tzumi-Metro TWS" from the list. Once you hear "Device Connected", it means the earbud is ready to use.
Connecting to Other Bluetooth Devices
Note: Your Metro can only be connected to one Bluetooth device at a time.
Notes on Master Earbud and Resetting
- Factory default setting is RIGHT Earbud as MASTER Earbud. Once the end user wants to reset/change the MASTER Earbud, hold the multi-function button on BOTH earbuds for 6 seconds. When the lights begin to flash blue and red, meanwhile you hear 2 chimes, quickly press the multi-function button 2x on the earbud you want to be the primary one.
- If your Metro earbuds aren't pairing to each other, they will need to be reset according to the above guide.
Earbuds Controls
Listening to Music
- Power ON/OFF: Press and hold multi-function button.
- Play music: Press multi-function button.
- Pause/resume music: Short press master multi-function button.
- Next Track: Short press the follower earbud's multi-function button.
Making and Receiving Calls (MASTER Earbud Only)
- Answer/end call: Press multi-function button.
- Reject call: Press and hold multi-function button.
- Redial last call: Press twice quickly on the multi-function button.
To Power Off Earbuds
There are 2 ways to power off the earbuds:
- Press the power button for a few seconds. Once you hear the prompt "Power Off", both earbuds will turn off.
- Place the earbuds in the charging case; both earbuds will turn off automatically.
