NOTICE: Please check contents of package for any damage and ensure all parts fit correctly and you are satisfied with the product before removing the protective film. Once the film is removed, the windshield is not eligible for a full refund.
Preparation and Parts Check
1. Read these instructions thoroughly before opening and installing the Kawasaki KRX1000 Windshield. The roof or other accessories may need to be loosened or removed to install the windshield.
2. Carefully open the carton and remove the windshield. Place the windshield on a large, flat surface that is clean and free of dirt. Inspect the windshield prior to installation. If you have any concerns, please contact customer service. If the protective film has been removed, the windshield is not eligible for a return.

- Adjustable Wrench or 7/16in wrench
- Phillips Screwdriver
Installation Steps
1. Read all instructions before starting the installation.
2. Install the bulb gasket along the bottom, curved edge of the windshield. Press the gasket firmly into place and work along the edge in sections to ease installation.
3. Use two 1/4-20 x 1in bolts, two washers, and two lock nuts to attach the windshield to the frame in the top corners.

4. Use the loom clamp, along with a bolt, washer, and lock nut, to secure the top center of the windshield to the frame.

5. Check all bolts and clamps to ensure they are tightened. Installation is now complete.
