Assembly Overview
This folding table requires approximately 30 minutes to assemble. Familiarize yourself with the parts and steps before beginning.
Key components include: Table Top (A), First Leg (B), Second Leg (C), Long Support Bars (D), and Short Support Bar (E). Hardware includes bolts, nuts, washers, screws, and an Allen wrench.
Assembly Steps Summary
The assembly involves attaching the legs and support bars to each other, then connecting the leg frame to the table top using the provided hardware. It is crucial to not fully tighten screws or bolts until instructed, typically after all parts are connected and aligned.
Step 1: Unpack and arrange all parts on a clean surface.
Step 2 & 3: Assemble the leg frame by connecting legs and support bars using screws. Do not fully tighten.
Step 4: Attach the leg frame to the underside of the table top using bolts, nuts, washers, and the Allen wrench. Repeat for all positions, and do not fully tighten bolts.
Step 5: Turn the table upright, apply downward pressure for alignment, check for wobbles, and then gradually tighten all bolts sequentially. Ensure all parts are securely connected.
Step 6: The table is ready for use on a flat, level surface. Optionally, the table can be folded for storage by pulling the table top up and folding the leg frame.
