Wood Dust Hazards

CAUTION: Sawing, sanding, or machining wood products can produce wood dust which can cause a flammable or explosive hazard.

WARNING: Modifications to this product can release wood dust, a substance known to the State of California to cause cancer.

Wood dust may cause lung, upper respiratory tract, eye, and skin irritation. Some wood species may cause dermatitis and/or respiratory allergic effects. The International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) has classified wood dust as a nasal carcinogen in humans.

First Aid: If inhaled, remove to fresh air. In case of contact, flush eyes and skin with water. If irritation persists, call a physician.

General Safety Warnings

CAUTION: Do not hang from the cabinet. ⚠️

DANGER: Failure to follow warnings and cautions could result in serious injury. Do not exceed the maximum load capacity. Do not stand on cabinet. Use cabinet on level ground.

WARNING: Base cabinet supports a maximum weight of 200 lbs (90.7 kg). Exceeding maximum weight limit will compromise the integrity of the cabinet structure and could cause the cabinet to fail.

The Product is warranted to be free from non-conformities in material and workmanship under normal use, from the date of purchase and for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns and lives in the home in which the Product is first installed. This Limited Warranty is only for residential use in the United States, Canada, or Mexico and ends when the original consumer purchaser transfers ownership or ceases to occupy the home.

If a non-conformity occurs during this period, the Seller will, free of charge, repair or replace the Product at its sole discretion. The Limited Warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by abuse, misuse, vandalism, negligence, accident, ordinary wear and tear, improper installation, cleaning, or maintenance (e.g., abrasive cleaners, chlorine cleaners, scuffing sponges, steel wool), environmental conditions (sunlight, smoke, extreme temperature/humidity), fire, flood, or Acts of God.

The Limited Warranty does NOT cover indirect or consequential damages, labor charges for installation or removal, or freight charges to return the Product. Seller's liability will not exceed the purchase price of the Product.

To the extent permitted by law, all other implied or express warranties are disclaimed, including warranties of MERCHANTABILITY and FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The Limited Warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights, which may vary by state or province.

Pre-Installation

Tools Required

Step 1: Unbox and Inspect

Unbox and inspect your new bath cabinet(s). If damage is discovered, please call 1-800-986-3460.

Step 2: Wall Stud Location

Locate the wall studs with a stud finder and mark where the cabinets are to be installed. To make installation easier, remove all the doors and drawers from the cabinets before installation.

Installation

Step 1: Vanity Cabinet Installation

(If applicable):

  1. Place your vanity base cabinet into the desired position.
  2. Drill through cabinet back braces into pre-located wall studs using a 3/32 in. diameter drill bit. Holes should come no closer than 2 in. from any inside edge.
  3. Insert the installation screws into the holes and tighten securely. One screw should be located into each vertical brace.

Step 2: Wall Storage Cabinet Installation

(If applicable):

  1. Using your level, position the cabinet on the wall at your desired location.
  2. Drill through cabinet back into pre-located wall studs using a 3/32 in. diameter drill bit. One hole should be at the top of the cabinet and one near the bottom, no closer than 2 in. from any inside edge.
  3. Insert the installation screws (included) into the holes and tighten securely.

Step 3: Linen Cabinet Installation

(If applicable):

  1. Align the moulding top unit on top of the linen cabinet as shown. Insert the two 1 in. screws (included) through the two predrilled holes in the front end of the moulding top and into the linen cabinet and tighten securely.
  2. Insert two 1/2 in. screws (included) through the "L" brackets, into the sides of the moulding top and tighten.
  3. Insert two 1/2 in. screws (included) through the "L" brackets and screw into the top of the hutch cabinet.
  4. Using your level, position the cabinet on the wall at your desired location.
  5. Drill through cabinet back into pre-located wall studs using a 3/32 in. diameter drill bit. Both holes should be at the top of the cabinet to prevent tipping, no closer than 2 in. from any inside edge.
  6. Insert the installation screws (included) into the holes and tighten securely.

Step 4: Mirror Installation

(If applicable):

  1. Determine the desired location of the mirror.
  2. Use appropriate screws or wall anchors (not provided) to hang mirror.
  3. Be sure the hanging hardware is rated to handle the weight of the mirror. The mirror weight is approximately 25 lbs (11.34 kg).

Step 5: Base Storage Cabinet Installation

(If applicable):

  1. Place wood top on vanity.
  2. Affix top to vanity by tightening screws (included) through pilot holes into top.
  3. Place your vanity base cabinet into the desired location.
  4. Drill through cabinet back into pre-located wall stud using a 3/32 in. diameter drill bit. Hole should come no closer than 2 in. from any inside edge.
  5. Insert the installation screw into the hole and tighten securely.

Step 6: Hinge Adjustment for Door Alignment

(If applicable):

Adjustments can be made for:

To lock: Press to lock. Diagram shows a clip being pressed to lock.

Step 7: Soft Close Hinge Damper

(If applicable):

To Adjust: Turn right for slower close, turn left for faster close.

Step 8: Vanity Drawer Removal

(If applicable):

  1. Pull the drawer as far out as the slides allow. This will expose the latches (pointed black plastic).
  2. Depress the latch and push the cabinet member back into the vanity. The right side latch must be pushed down and the left side must be pushed up.
  3. Pull the drawer the rest of the way out.

Care and Cleaning

Vanity

Use a water-dampened cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners.

Glass Surfaces

Use a glass cleaner. Be careful to limit overspray on wooden surfaces.
