Maximum Recommended Weight Loads
⚠️ WARNING: Do not stand on the vanity. Use the vanity on level ground. The base of the vanity supports a maximum weight of 200 lbs (90.7 kg). Exceeding the maximum weight limit will compromise the integrity of the vanity structure and could cause the vanity to fail.
Diagram illustrates the vanity with maximum weight load capacities indicated for different areas: 200 lbs (90.7 kg) on the top surface, 30 lbs (13.6 kg) on the cabinet doors, 10 lbs (4.5 kg) on the top drawer, 15 lbs (6.8 kg) on the middle drawer, and 30 lbs (13.6 kg) on the bottom drawer.
⚠️ WARNING: Handle with care. Do not drop, handle roughly, or overtighten screws, as this will cause damage to the wood.
ℹ️ NOTICE: Observe local building and plumbing codes.

Step 1: Water Supply Lines and Drain Installation Guide
Mark the wall for vanity placement and note the location of the water supply lines and drain on the back panel of the vanity.
Move vanity (B) into its proper place against the wall.
Install faucet, drain, and supply lines (none included) to the vanity top (A) according to the instructions supplied with those items.

Step 2: Handle Installation
Remove all handles (AA & CC) from the back of doors and drawers. To remove drawers, hold the rope and slide out.
Install all handles on the front of the doors and drawers.
Diagrams show the process of attaching handles (AA, CC) to the doors and drawers using screws.
Step 3: Adjustable Level
In case of uneven floors, floor levelers are provided at the bottom of the vanity. If necessary, adjust floor levelers by hand to correct tilting and/or level doors.
Diagram shows the bottom of the vanity with adjustable floor levelers.
Step 4: Vanity Top & Backsplash Installation
Apply a small bead of neutral silicone around the top perimeter of the vanity body (B). Carefully place the vanity top (A) on the vanity body and press down to set in place.
To mount the backsplash (C) to the wall, apply a thin bead of silicone compound (not included) to the unpolished back side and bottom of the backsplash (C). Position backsplash (C) onto the vanity top (A) and against the wall. Clean any excess silicone compound before allowing to dry.
Diagrams illustrate applying silicone to the vanity body before placing the top, and applying silicone to the backsplash before mounting it to the vanity top and wall.
Step 5: Door Inter Panel Installation
The door panels are reversible. Doors are shipped with the flat panel facing the front. You can keep them as is, or reverse the insert panel with the trim facing forward, depending on your preference.

Step 6: Vanity Drawer Removal and Replacement
Removing the Drawer:
- Unload the contents from the drawer.
- Slide the drawer out as far as it will go.

Replacing the Drawer:
- Ensure the glides are unlocked, then align the installation hole on the drawer with the hook on the glides.
- Place the drawer onto the glides and push the buttons to lock the drawer.
- Push the drawer in completely.
Diagrams illustrate the process of removing and replacing drawers, showing the drawer slides and locking mechanism.
Step 7: Hinge Adjustment For Door Alignment
If the pre-assembled doors on the vanity base require adjustment, follow these options:
To adjust the door up or down, loosen screws (a), adjust the door, and retighten screws.
To adjust the door left or right, turn screw (b) in or out.
To adjust the door in or out, loosen screws (c), adjust the door, and retighten screws.
Diagram shows a close-up of a vanity hinge with adjustment screws labeled 'a' (for up/down adjustment), 'b' (for left/right adjustment), and 'c' (for in/out adjustment).
Care and Maintenance
To protect your bath furniture, we suggest the following:
- Dust the vanity regularly with a soft, non-lint producing cloth or household dusting product.
- Clean the vanity with a gentle, non-abrasive household cleaner. Make sure to dry the wood immediately with a soft cloth or towel.
- The marble top can be cleaned using standard marble cleaning agents (sold separately).
- Keep the product away from direct sunlight as it may damage the finish.
- To prevent stains, clean all spills from the stone surface immediately. Red wine spills should be wiped off promptly to prevent permanent damage to the stone surface.
Caring for Wood Furniture
It is best to keep your furniture in a climate-controlled environment. Extreme temperature and humidity changes can cause fading, warping, shrinking, and splitting of wood. Keep furniture away from direct sunlight, as sun may damage the finish.
Proper care and cleaning at home will extend the life of your purchase and enhance your furniture as it ages.
